"What happened to this place? I remember when I first went there with friends and had a huge, delicious fish sandwich. Oh, times have changed. I've been there three times, and every time it's worse. First, we should start with their service. It's terrible. I don't know if they need more staff, but they have to withdraw the staff they have. The girl behind the bar last night must learn to keep an eye on the customers so you don't have to wait 30 minutes until they get back on your way. We ordered Nachos. What came out was a bowl of chips, not heated, with some dinky salsa or sauce poured on some smooth black beans on unceremonitic and “some” crushed cheese. Oh, just a little upstairs, nothing looked down. What was good was the freshly cut Jalapeños, because that's what we nibbled when we waited for the bartender to come back on our way. I don’t know what kind of cook they have in their back, but that was a sad, sad record of “Nachos ” wasting You don't get your money here. I'm not going back."

No flavor whatsoever. Fish and chips, bleh. Shrimp and onion rings, better!Still, not worth a return after a soccer game.

Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The food lacked flavor. They had no seasoned salt for the fries. Very hot in temperature but unsalted. Fish too.Kid-friendliness: Our waitress happily supplied crayons and coloring sheet for the kids.

had blackened fish sandwich. the hogi roll was 10 times the thickness of the fish and the fries were soggy and inedible. the fried mushrooms and pretzel apps were excellent. i hear the fish and chips is the dish to order. i will give that a try next time.Food: 3/5 View menu

It was a slow day, but it still took the waitress 10 minutes to acknowledge that we were seated. We waited 5 minutes for our cola and 20 minutes for our food, which was also slow considering there were only a few other guests. Overall, I would rate the food service a 3 out of 5.

The waitress was ok, but she seemed like she had too many customers at once. They never brought the appetizer out and my food was terrible. When I said something they said it was a new cook. Where is the help? Thanks for a 40 dollar bill and nasty food old bag of nails.Food: 1/5

My husband and I eat at OBN quite often. Their fish and chips are always delicious. It is my husbands go to fish restaurant. He absolutely loves theirs. We usually always have great service and a good time. I did notice on some of the reviews that their was a complaint about sticky tables. I did notice that and I don't think it was a cleanliness issue, I think when they polyurethaned their tables it may not have been done correctly, which makes them feel tacky. View menu

I had heard wonderful things about this restaurant, so I didn't mind waiting over 40 minutes to be seated. However, once we ordered our drinks and appetizers, the wait began. Other diners who had been seated after us received their food, ate, and left while we were still waiting for ours! I understand that they were busy, but there were at least three tables around us that had already finished their meals by the time we finally received ours. While the food was hot, it was just average in taste. In total, we spent 2.5 hours there. Unfortunately, this was our first and definitely our last visit. I'm fairly certain our order was either lost or misplaced, and no excuses were offered. After our...

We stopped by for dinner last night after a shopping trip and were really excited to try their appetizers, the roasted Pella spears and hand-crushed mushrooms. Both were fantastic! However, my entree, which was the house specialty, didn’t quite meet my expectations. I asked for it to be prepared in the Eddie style (which is a spicier version), and while it was good, the most important aspect for me when it comes to roasted fish is that it has a crispy skin. I even requested it to be extra crispy, but it didn't turn out that way. My steak fries were also a bit soggy, which was disappointing. On a positive note, my family enjoyed their curly sandwich and potato skins. Overall, it wasn’t a bad...

"On Wednesday 12/06 I went to Banzai Sushi, I have never received such bad service in my life… Every time I remember my experience, I get angry, the waitress is rude and has a horrible attitude! It's a shame because the food there is wonderful, but the service is so SO BAD that I lost my appetite. When I got there, there was some water spilled on the table, she took my stepfather's DIRTY NAPKIN to clean it and just left it there. When I asked for things she responded with an ignorant, rude tone. My partner doesn't eat any type of animal protein other than shrimp. So we asked if we could replace the salmon with shrimp in a poke, she checked in the kitchen and said everything was fine. When she came back, I placed my order and she was doing something at the other table, but said to continue because she was listening….my partner also talking about swapping salmon for shrimp at the end and the waitress replies “so it's not like that at all what you want, is something different” and simply left leaving us talking to the wall. When our order arrived, my order came out wrong. I called her and she simply replied “BUT ALSO, WITH HER MAKING ALL THIS MESS WITH SALMON AND SHRIMP…”, sorry, but for me that was the end of the bite. It's okay to get the order wrong, I know it happens, but blaming the customer? Every time she passed by our table I saw her making faces and looking at the kitchen. I thought it was a huge lack of respect, we are paying customers. On top of that, it also includes a 15% tip. Normally, if I receive good service, I will give 20%, after all, I work in customer service and value professionals in my field. And if the service was just bad, I wouldn't bother coming here to report it... But it was horrible"
