"Awesome place to stop for good BBQ. Had the lamb sliders and a full plate of brisket with chilli and some Mac and cheese. I recommend the lamb sliders they were the best thing I’ve had at a BBQ joint. I also recommend the Chilli.. was very tasty. Brisket was Smokey tender and not dry- perfect bark! There is limited parking so keep that in mind. The sweet tea is not home made I think.. but they have beer on tap and other things to choose from. Happy to have good BBQ in my belly."

Best BBQ joint I've ever been to. Pork Ribs and French Dip were so yummy . Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. A must try if in Idaho.

Great French dip; so tender and full of smoky flavor. Au jus was not to salty. Interesting ambiance and great service. Nice selection of beer too.

Great BBQ establishment. The history behind the building is amazing of its own. Customer service was great and friendly servers. Ordered the Back Draft Brisket with beans and a side salad. Sooo delicious! Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic French dip that was incredibly tender and packed with a smoky flavor. The au jus was perfectly balanced and not overly salty. The ambiance of the restaurant was intriguing, and the service was excellent. They also had a nice variety of beers to choose from. View menu

Last week. I got the Ribs and they were amazing. Had wonderful life music. They saw that they had a smoked NY steak, so the next week came back for the steak. It was perfectly cooked. Tasteful. Again wonderful love music. Your staff is also incredibly friendly and punctual. Recommend to anyone looking for smoked Bbq

If you're in Idaho, wake up when you're in Eastern Washington, Idaho or Western Montana, get your rolls to Relic. That's the best BBQ I had north of Missouri. I don't even know how they do it, but they do it 100% right. It is also some of the most affordable bbq I have come incredible bang for your buck here. You have the best BBQ in Idaho 3 years duration, maybe it's the next 20. View menu

From Tennessee and was on a school trip. Anyone I was with wanted something that felt like at home. The Relic was the perfect solution. With all the well-known bbq spots in my area at home, if not better. I didn't order it myself, but all the others ordered Brisket and I must say it was absolutely delicious. The service was also well deserved by compliments. Everything about great experience.

These are the hands I had best. I lived in Texas for the year and was in many BBQ joints, but can not explain the quality and the comfort of this place. Destiny wasoir waitress and was so attentive and informative. We enjoyed their suggestions and were very impressed. Only feedback was the waiting time for the food. It took so long that it was unpleasant. Next time will probably order ahead and expect the wait.

"We typically don't go out of Spokane for food unless it's to Wolf Lodge Steakhouse. My boyfriend was working in Couer d'Alene, and noticed Izzy's. I have been wanting to try Izzy's for a long time. It's a nice small corner restaurant with a sidewalk patio with umbrellas. There was a half hour wait for patio seating which we didn't mind. We were there on Ironman weekend. The downtown was packed. I ordered the lavender mimosa, which was rimmed with sugar, nice and refreshing . The lavender wasn't overpowering. The bloody Mary's were delicious and zangy. We enjoyed the toppings of pepper, some tomato looking vegetable, olive, green bean and bacon. The spices were perfectly blended. I ordered the Benedict with potato's and my my partner ordered the chicken fried steak. The egg was perfectly poached, nice and runny. I enjoyed the thick slices of Canadian ham, there was plenty of it, on top of a fresh made biscuit. The chicken fried steak was a prefect portion. It came with sunny side eggs , a biscuit and potatoes. I love their fresh made biscuits. They were soft and flaky. I finished my partners biscuit. The star of the meal are the potato's and the garlic aioli. The potato's were seasoned perfectly and almost seems like their twice fried because they were crunchy yet still had potato inside. I dream of the potato's and garlic aioli. Would definitely try again, and try their dinner menu as well!"

"Tldr; they might wear caps, but don't wear nets. Bring them a smoking gun, or good luck. And never order from them near closing time unless you plan on going over the food or making the pie immediately just in case you want to avoid a crummy situation. In any case, Yesterday I ordered 4 pizzas to pick up at 8:30, brought them home to make when the wife was done working, and the first two pizzas we decided to make had blonde hairs in them. My hair is black, the kid's and the wife's are either dyed or not blonde, so that just leaves the store. Since I don't eat the cowboy, the only picture we have is from the wife who managed to think better than me, cause I tossed both it, and a meat lovers out, because we couldn't eat them and couldn't call the place to complain. Having thought I'd lost the receipt as well, I resigned myself to be down two pizzas. Fast forward to today, when I find the receipt balled up in the car, so I went to the store. Got told that since I didn't have the pizzas or proof, I could only get a 50% discount on a single pie. A quick call to the wife to relay the decision unearthed the pic the kids took, for which they would only credit me for a single pizza, when I was down two. Fan-flipping-tastic. Normally, my rating would be a 5, as the pizzas are good since you make them at home and fresh pizza slaps; but last night, I had a pretty bad experience. If I order again, guess I'll be going over anything I buy with a magnifying glass and a polarioid just in case. Also, blonde hairs blend in pretty well when cooked in grease; who'd have thunk?"

"My family, in our quest to visit all 50 states, traveled the northwest over the last couple of weeks. We love a good tea room and found Inland Café Tea on an internet search as we were driving to Coeur d'Alene. We knew we were going to Coeur d'Alene for our Idaho experience, but we did not know exactly what we would do there. We chose to begin our adventure here for high tea! It did not disappoint. My wife and I have had tea at tea rooms all over the East Coast and Inland Café Tea ranks among the best for us. The food was well prepared and presented but most importantly delicious! The scones were a little different than we are used to, but they were fantastic. One thing I look for in a tea room is their tea selection, and this selection was extensive with a flavor for everyone. Personally, I like my tea to have a bold flavor and aroma without adding sugar. Our server, Jamie, was super helpful in pointing us in the right direction. The pistachio pu'erh and lemon sugar cookie teas were our favorite! Drinking the pistachio pu'erh tea was like wrapping up in a warm blanket and eating a buttery pistachio baked good. Drinking the lemon sugar cookie black tea was like eating a lemon square and finishing it with a shortbread cookie. I am not usually a lemon tea fan, but this one was off the charts delicious! Jamie was able to help us with our selections because she had tasted many of the teas herself, which was very important as you will see in my next comments. The only negative things that we can say about our experience come from comparison to other tea rooms. When you order high tea, it comes with a bottomless pot of tea, which is standard, but here that applies to only one flavor. What if you choose wrong? Fortunately, we were blessed with Jamie, who listened to our flavor preference and got us to the best choices first! We did order some other teas to try and found others that we enjoyed and then purchased to take home. I will be ordering online when we run out for sure. They only sell the loose tea in 3 oz bags. I wish they had sample size bags that had enough for one cup so I could taste it before committing to a 3 oz bag of something that may not be what I prefer, especially if I am paying to ship it back to MD. The final thing we thought was odd was that they steeped the loose leaf tea right in the pot. They seemed to time the steeping of the tea before bringing the pot out, but then without removing the tea leaves, it continues steeping, which causes the tea to get more bitter. They do provide a trainer on the table to pour your cup to catch the tea leaves. Even though we would have preferred a few things to be different, we thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Unfortunately, we will not be back to Idaho anytime soon as our quest to visit all 50 states continues, but we will be ordering online for sure."
