"My wife and I are vacationing in Key West for our 30 anniversary and decided to have dinner at the Stoned Crab, big mistake! The was horrible from salad to Stone Crabs. I had lobster tail which I believe was frozen but advertised fresh. The Conch Chowder I ordered had no taste and no Conch! My wife’s stone crabs tasted spoiled so she only ate one and later she became sick. The wait staff was also terrible, I had to go to the bar and order my own drinks. I complained on our way out of the restaurant that our $200 meal was horrible and all I got was a shrug and I am sorry! I should get my money back and Open Table should take this restaurant off their list!"

Most of the Food was really dry. We went on a Saturday night and there was not a lot of people Nice servers.

Food was poorly cooked. At 6pm prime dinner time food was dry, reheated, and mussels served with some having closed shells. we both ordered the same dish. Hers had 0 calamari and mine had fish. Food was good, a cool place and kids loved it, my son wanted to return as we have been before and he loves the steam pots. The staff was great, let the kids try to feed sharks before we ate and then provided us a table in front of the portable ac unit (it was hot outside), which was great. Overall it was good, not high end but that was not expected, we will probably go again in future when back in KW.

Keep looking. The lowest 10% seafood experience in my life. The stone crab claws were dry and disintegrated into powdery dust. The calamari was like rubber literally. The fish dip was dry canned tuna well drained with no other flavor. Drinks watered down and marginally cold. Prices would command much better went to a competitor the day before and there was no comparison. I wouldn’t go there even if they gave me a 75% off coupon.
