"Food cold. Server bad. We came here a couple of years ago on our last visit and the food was much better. This time, they seem to have raced to the bottom with poor quality nachos (think Tostitos and cheese whiz). Server forgot about chicken salad and it came 15 minutes after everything else, with stone cold chicken. Great view of the park, but that’s the only good feature of this once-good restaurant."

The location is great. The food is ok. The staff and service is terrible. The hostess has no clue that people book this restaurant for their vacation experience, then wait for a view table, only to be stuck in a corner and forgotten by any servers.

During my visit to the park, I had a wonderful dining experience while taking in the stunning views of the Safari Park. It was important for me to sit back and relax with my six-year-old, enjoying delicious food and receiving excellent service, especially after a long day.
