"There was one table directly in sunlight in the patio area and only one other table being used of the 20 they had and they sat us right in the full sun table. It took a good 15-20 minutes for a server just to greet us. After that weird start, it got better and probably was the peak of the evening. Which was the appetizers. Those were exceptional and the reason for 1 of my 2 stars. After that though it went back to long waits between service. The waiter I would hope had a lot of table inside because it was just us and another couple who were clearly regulars that knew everyone and were clearly favored getting service over us next to them. Any how my main meal when it came was way over cooked and came out with the wrong side I asked for. When the server brought out the right side it was just shavings of burnt brussel sprouts rather than brussel sprouts. It was all a bit of a disappointment being a wedding anniversary meal and I tried to make that clear in my reservation, so they may do a good job for us. Clearly wasn't received. Any how the 2nd star for my rating comes for the live band. They were amazing. The last thing I would say to ruin the night is there seem to be a large number of flies in the patio area. When the server came out he asked me if I wanted to box my entree and side since I hardly touched it do to it being poorly cooked while flies were crawling all over the food and he saw. I told him no thanks."

Crab cakes and scallops were outstanding. Excellent service. The chef owner stopped by our table to make sure everything was to our liking. Definitely recommend this place, but if you want a bottle of wine with dinner, you'll need to bring your own. View menu

Our lunch was amazing and the wait staff was even better. Everything was fresh and tasted like heaven. The owner/chef came to our table to see how we enjoyed our meal. We had nothing but high praises. Can't wait to return and try out their dinner menu. This is a true hidden gem.

Always enjoy a nice meal at Theas. Sitting outside in the evening is quiet and peaceful. The menu needs some new selections. It the specials fill in the blanks nicely. The fact that it's a BYOB makes for an affordable and delicious meal. Service is always polite and knowledgeable about the selections. A winner!

We were happy with every moment of our dinner from the atmosphere, to our waitress who was incredibly helpful navigating me through the menu with my gluten allergy, to watching the owner check-in with guests (including us) to see how they enjoyed their meal while also helping her employees clear tables, to our incredible meal. We ordered appetizers, meals, and had dessert. Everything was delicious! View menu

Wonderful meal for my wife and I celebrating our anniversary. Convenient spot and waitress was soo caring and helpful! Food options may be/seem few, but I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken meal on the specials menu and look forward to going back to try other items I haven't tried yet! Namely the gyro platter and steak frites meal that are on their standard menu, most of their menu sounds delicious and we haven't been disappointed with anything we've tried here and service has been outstanding and personable every time as well!

We found Thea on a road trip passing through Mechanicsburg at roughly the half way point on a two day drive. Now we will make a point of making Mechanicsburg our overnight stop on these trips, just so we can dine at Thea again! I have Celiac disease and was delighted to learn of their focus on Gluten Free options. The executive chef came out of the kitchen to meet me and tell me about their GF options. She had GF crab cake available! (she requests 24 advance notice to give her time to prepare them, but fortunately for me, there was one available). It was fantastic! I love crab cakes, but have not had any in the years since my diagnosis, until now! I also had the coconut shrimp appetizer; it...

"Hello, Tatiana's was a wonderful spot to stop for lunch after we had to fast for Dr. appointments and bloodwork. They kindly allowed us to order off of the dinner menu. The restaurant is quaint and cozy inside. The menu has the perfect number of selections for entree's so they can specialize in all of the entree's. So to start, They serve fresh brewed organic iced tea which you can tell is made fresh. As an appetizer we both ordered the home made Organic Ukrainian Meatballs with white champagne, Alfredo sauce, and Gorgonzola cheese. They use organic Chicken to make these meatballs and they were tasty. For our entree's my husband ordered the Famous Osso Buco Lamb shank, hand-seasoned with a spice rub and perfectly pan-seared, then braised in their classic demi-glace sauce. My husband said this was the best Lamb Shank he had ever tasted and thoroughly enjoyed his entire meal. I ordered the Grass-Fed Filet Mignon Asiago* which is grilled grass-fed filet topped with blackberry honey glaze, served with Asiago cheese, tortellini, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, and onions, in a basil Alfredo sauce. I have to say the homemade tortellini was the best I ever had and wished I had ordered some to take home for later. The filet was savory and not sweet as I thought it would and why I was hesitant to order this and I have to say the combination was very pleasant and I was quite surprised that I loved this combination and my taste buds were delighted with my choice of entree's. For dessert my husband ordered Baklava and he gave me a bite to try and again this was the best Baklava I had ever had and my husband had never had Baklava and he loved it. I had opted for the Coffee crusted pumpkin cake and that very good. We definitely will return to Tatianas when we are in the area again and had a wonderful dining experience. To those who posted the bad reviews we did not experience anything like what you were saying. Our food came out with precision timing, everything was hot and as described on the menu. We had seasonings and our food was perfectly seasoned. No one was rude to us and they accommodated us by moving us to a more comfortable table with padded seating. I highly recommend dining here and I promise you will not be sorry."
