"Another frustrating point is that they charge extra for to-go boxes. After we finished our meal, the waitress came over to add a 50-cent charge for each box to a bill that was already over $100—talk about stingy! They implemented this policy during COVID when to-go Fish Fries were popular, but it still seems unreasonable. On this visit, we specifically requested small boxes, but she insisted on giving us large ones, which I'm sure cost more. The prices should include the cost of supplies. I didn't use the restroom while I was there, but would I have had to pay a quarter for toilet paper, too? They really need to rethink their business practices! We used to live nearby in Eden, where this restaurant was great and convenient. Now, with a 25-minute drive ahead of us, we still made the effort to visit because it used to be reasonably priced with generous portions of good food. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. There's nothing about it that justifies the drive anymore, and there are plenty of other options for a good fish fry in Western New York."

The only drawback is that they only accept cash and do not allow card payments. Overall, it's a wonderful small-town location that offers a relaxing and laid-back atmosphere. If you enjoy this type of setting, it's an ideal place for you! I would give this restaurant five stars if they accepted both cash and credit cards.

The menu offers a wide variety of options for all meals. The fish fry on Friday nights is fantastic—there's plenty to share! Breakfast is equally impressive. I tried the chicken souvlaki breakfast, and it has quickly become my new favorite. If you're passing through and looking for a quick, affordable meal, this is definitely a great place to stop!
