"[Above all, will I be back?]I've been eyeing on this place for a while and finally had a chance to visit! I had two entrées and unexpectedly one was a hit, the other one was a miss The appetizer was just ok . As a Vegas local, I would give it another try for different menu next time.1. Food 3/5 Complimentary bread butterIt was okay. Nothing special. 4/5 CapreseIt was okay, nothing special. The ingredients were fresh. I would try different their signature appetizer next time. 5/5 Miso CarbonaraThis is a true Japanese Italian fusion cuisine! It was really good as I love both Miso Ramen and Pasta. : The best combination of both lol It is more like noodle soup than pasta with full of flavor. The pancetta fried burdock root slices on top of it were a cherry on top to enjoy different texture! Portion was good as well but I was sad, every bite the the bowl shows the bottom. I could eat this every other day! Hands down for this, next time again! 1/5 Squid Ink Risotto $27 So disappointing. I don't know what kind of flavor they tried to aim but I didn't taste either flavor or fragrance. $28 for just rice with black ink? I wouldn't recommend.2. AmbienceIt is a little, cozy mom pop vibe restaurant with about 10 tables. It gave me an impression the food would be home made style. I loved it.3. ServiceThe server was friendly, attentive and fast. I don't know why but there were two people in the kitchen were looking at us almost the whole time since the the foods were served and it made me feel uncomfortable.4. HygieneGlasses, plates, utensils, table and floor were clean.5. PriceAbout average.6. LocationIt is in the busy restaurant area like Monta Noodle, Raku, Zen curry house, etc on Decature and Spring Mountain Road in Chinatown. Less than 15 minutes from the Strip.7. ParkingParking can be tricky sometimes as lot is small.8. ETC Gluten free option is available. If this review was helpful, please vote : Instagram @juxycat"

Excellent place for seafood and they offer a nice cheese selection. Had shrimp dumplings on my last visit, what a treat that was. On the menu, squid ink pasta.Parking: Shopping center environment

Whenever I go to Las Vegas, I always make sure to eat here at least once during my trip. The talent and creativity shine through in every delicious dish. I can’t get enough, and I’m already excited for my next visit!

The menu featured so many tempting pasta options, but I ultimately chose the uni tomato cream sauce, while my husband opted for the squid ink pasta topped with extra uni. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and evoked nostalgic memories of home.

The uni pasta is delicious here!!! 4/5. Wish it had more uni taste. The crab was meh. Super small and pricey. The garlic bread portion size also super small. Overall just order the main dishes here!!! Side dishes on the pricey end and will escalate your bill. View menu

Be sure to pay attention to the Chef's Specials and the recommendations listed on the board. The Japanese-Italian fusion dishes are truly exceptional. Standout items include the Uni Pasta and Chilean Sea Bass, as well as the Baby Octopus Karaage and Takoyaki. The Dessert Sampler was a lovely finale, perfectly portioned and just the right amount of sweetness—delicious without being overly sugary. This restaurant is definitely worth a revisit!

This delightful little restaurant presents a distinctive fusion of Italian and Asian cuisines. The shrimp scampi with mushroom sauce was a treat, bursting with flavor. The carpaccio drizzled with white truffle oil was good, but I found that the oil overwhelmed the other tastes instead of enhancing them. I also tried the crab cream croquette, which was indulgent and delicious. Overall, I would certainly consider returning to this establishment.

My group of four came in on a Friday afternoon for lunch and didn't need a reservation. The inside is a bit small but wasn't an issue for us at all it has a very homey family restaurant feel! The service was amazing, we were consistently attended to and asked how we were doing! I ordered the miso carbonara and I thought it was solid, it was a bit soupier than I anticipated I've made this before and was anticipating a bit more of a dry noodle style. This being said the light flavor was still pretty nice and the noodles drank up the broth but still retained a firm texture which I think is a plus. If I were to come back I would try some of their other items, since they had a few fusion items tha... View menu

An unexpectedly delicious Italian Japanese fusion! The restaurant itself was pretty small, but it was pretty quiet on a Sunday night with only a few other parties in the restaurant with us. I will say, I was skeptical at first just the thought of fish eggs and pasta seemed weird to me but, boy was I wrong. Everything was delicious! We ordered the crab cream croquette and bruschetta to start. The croquettes were a little too creamy for my liking, but they were very flavorful. The bruschetta was very creative and each piece had its own unique flavor profile. I ordered the mentaiko carbonara and it was the perfect balance of saltiness from the mentaiko and creaminess from the sauce it was *chef...
