"When I first started getting the bake and saltfish with pumpkin and okra/shark in 2023, it was fantastic. However, over time, I noticed that the roast bake had become very hard. The portion of bake is so large that it could feed an entire family, but it's extremely dry. When you ask for pumpkin on your bake, you barely get a teaspoon's worth, and they don’t remove the larger bones from the saltfish at all. I had high hopes for this place because their breakfast used to be great. I've even seen customers hesitant to buy the bake lately."

The food was decent, but the attitude of the servers and the level of customer service were lacking.

The Chow Mein needs to be cooked. The vegetables are not cooked enough. The Char Siu Kai Fan was delicious except for the vegetables in it. Vegetables need more cooking.

The Bake was so amazing, the salt fish and pumpkin combination was so amazing. Pricing is amazing and don't forget the Orange Pineapplen Juice. Will definitely come back.

I ordered four items, but only one was available. The fried bake was nice and soft, but the saltfish was quite bland. The onions and sweet peppers were cut too large, and there were no tomatoes. View menu

The food is good but the workers has one of the stinkiest attitude I ever came across. I will not be goin back here until they change those nasty attitude workers. So not nice when people are spending their money. Poor customer service.

The customer service was extremely disappointing, particularly from the two women with glasses. I was charged extra for an additional spoon after already spending $40. The only positive aspect of my visit was the food, which was decent. It's unfortunate that low self-esteem leads some people to treat others poorly as a way to feel better about themselves.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
