"I wasn't a fan. Here's why: First, this place was slow! Really slow! There was one or two other tables occupied, and 2 people at the bar only having drinks. Yet it took far too long for our orders to come out. Secondly, the menu is small, which is not terrible. But most things in the menu (of mainly tacos) has a spicy component added into the preparation. Not like a sauce you can just remove, literally seasoned and cooked with it. Maybe it's a shocker to some, but everyone in Louisiana does not like spicy food. Me being one of those people. This meant, the small menu was even smaller for me. Next, the food was just average, with the portions of meat, etc on the tacos being small. The price was roughly $4.00 or more per taco. Server said I should be full with just 3 tacos. I was not. Ended up attending the event I was in Lafayette for, and hitting up a drive thru on the way to the interstate before heading home. Just wasn't worth the time and effort for me. I have then 2 starts because the Server and other staff were friendly, and the place itself was neat, clean, and had a good atmosphere/feel to it."

I just enjoyed $1 carnitas tacos during happy hour from 2 to 6 PM, Tuesday through Friday. They were absolutely delicious! The guacamole and green salsa were perfect as well. Thank you, Tula!

Great food and atmosphere. Unfortunately, it took about two hours for our couple of drinks and food order to arrive. They seem short-staffed. Layla was so kind and accommodating, however. Ask for her when you go! View menu

The food was outstanding. Each taco featured a unique sauce, and they even offered gourmet tater tots. The ambiance was pleasant, enhanced by the lighting, and it seems they may have a projector screen available for use. I can't speak to how enjoyable the outdoor seating would be in the summer heat, but on this autumn evening, it was just right.

When we arrived, we were truly impressed by the atmosphere. The lighting was dim and inviting, with a bar area, table seating, and even an open-air outside space that connected to the interior. It was a unique setup that was really charming! The bartender and hostess took our order and provided helpful insights about the menu. Since we are pescatarians, we opted for the Coconut Shrimp Taco, the Curry Sweet Potato Taco, and the Green Chili Mac and Cheese. The menu offers something for everyone. Our dishes were absolutely delicious. Our only regret was not being able to dine in and fully savor the ambiance. We loved the vibes and plan to return when we visit Lafayette again and have more time...
