"What a hidden gem! The menu is so unusual but everything we tried was sssssoooooooo good! Wine selection and the right serving temperature left me very happy, as some other places still don 't chill their reds. Scallops and salo such an elegant dish, salo is so tender, it almost tastes sweet, goes very well with beautifully prepared and seasoned scallops. Buckwheat salad was probably the best vegetarian dish i 've ever had, highly recommended! Very umami, crispy, flavorful. and the Duck breast ' was so tender, with that blood orange and carrot pure on the bottom it was to die for! Everyone there was very friendly and nice, our server was knowledgable and gave very helpful recommendations. The atmosphere was very cozy, the glass ceiling is something you don 't see too often in the city. We are definitely coming back to try more!"

My experience at “There” was nothing short of fabulous! The food full of beautiful flavour and truly thought out. The presentation was stunning and the service was impeccable! Our glass was always filled with delicious wine. So happy we found that place and I good luck to Ricki and Maria with their place!

Food was excellent and the room is cool with a glass roof and you havce to walk through a corridor to get to it so its away from the street. Perfect for a date. Note that there is a relatively small menu, at least for large plates (I guess many of the options are tapas) so I would recommend checking it before you go, but everything they served was excellent and the ambiance was nice.

Awesome awesome awesome! Food is new and inventive within a fun and charming atmosphere. The appetizers are tapas style, so they are smaller in size than the traditional app, but are soooo delicious. Standouts were Pelmenie, shrimp and broccoli, duck confit puff pastry, and the cured trout. Fried chicken is perfect, nuff said. Best part was service was on point and the ambiance was very romantic, will definitely go back for more date nights. View menu

I enjoyed a wonderful brunch at a fantastic restaurant with friends this past Sunday. At first, the front room appeared small when we entered, but our hostess guided us to the lovely enclosed garden dining room in the back. It was a beautiful area filled with natural light and a sense of openness. The staff was attentive and provided excellent suggestions for our orders. I highly recommend this new restaurant for anyone seeking a relaxed brunch in the city. The portions were substantial without making us feel overly full or regretful. It's definitely a place worth revisiting.

For dessert, we enjoyed syrniki, which were delightful. My mother, who is quite picky when it comes to food, really enjoyed everything we ordered, and my husband appreciated the nostalgic comfort of his childhood favorites. It was a wonderful experience! As I mentioned earlier, the restaurant puts a modern spin on traditional favorites, with a nostalgic yet cozy ambiance that also features mid-century modern elements. It's definitely a fantastic place to try for anyone new to the cuisine of this region and looking for a great dining experience! And I cannot emphasize enough that EVERYONE should order the khachapuri because it is absolutely delicious (see attached picture). Thank you for a w...

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
