"So much better than Starbucks! The product was excellent without the Starbuck$ signature burnt aroma and taste. Huge difference was customer service. Am glad to have tried this and can imagine returning. Still too darn expensive for what you get but, to me,it's the difference between enjoying my froo-froo coffee vs gagging it down after waiting to be served something vile by a petulant, sullen juvenile who is probably in their 30's. Sorry, not sorry $tarbucks, no tip for you!"

"I experienced poor customer service by Jen Jones this evening. I ordered a slice of cake and a 12 oz hot customized blue matcha for $6.50. The last 1/3rd of my drink had multiple kidney bean sized chunks of dry blue matcha. I was given the, Oh, that 's just the blue matcha . (Yes, I make matcha at home and don 't have chunks like this left. When I asked for a refund she was upset and checked the amount left in my cup, which was 1/3rd full and let me know I had drank most of it already. Yes, that 's because the chunks settle towards the bottom and when I tipped the cup up they would float into my mouth, which is not pleasant by any means. Learn how to make a smooth, chunk-free matcha please or improve your customer skills when there are chunks. Thank you for the eventual refund!"

"Picked from good comments on Yelp for an Italian dinner driving through Nebraska on interstate. Unfortunately yelp address is no longer current and adjacent mall is being razed. Local gas station employee sent us across town east to Ramada Inn and phone call to restaurant employee said same thing. Front desk informed us it is located in road construction on south east end of city. Quick stop off interstate took us 40 minutes including gas and slow drive through residential parts of city. Couldn 't find updated address anywhere on line. Service was excellent. I had spaghetti with nice Sicilian style marinara sauce and meatball. Liked better than Olive Garden. My wife had Tilapia in an Alfredo floury cream sauce loaded with red onions. Would not order that again. Would return to try something else next time driving through Nebraska. Salad was fresh."

"I’m ranking the restaurants according to other Nebraska restaurants and not with the Southern restaurants. Our server was great! Attentive, upbeat, and good vibes. They had funny Knick knacks on the walls and around the restaurant. Food was good. The onion rings were good and crispy. Although Nashville hot sandwich wasn’t hot, it was flavorful. FYI for a gauge-I do like a kick and I also like crawfish to burn my mouth and lips. The burger was juicy, flavorful and cooked to the right temperature and the fries were crispy! The root beer was carbonated sweetness. There is a full size bar inside and high top and low top tables."
