The service was a little slow, but that was to be expected since it was during a Husker football game on TV. Overall, I would give the food a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.

Best French dip I ever had, made with tender, smokey brisket. Staff was genuine and friendly. Best of all, beer was top notch. Wish I had one in Colorado! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Awesome building and great atmosphere. Did the five tasters and the Devil's Gap Jalapeno Ale was my favorite. Big thumbs up on the classic bacon cheeseburger! Five star service! Would definitely go back..

We decided to have dinner at Kinkaider while passing through town and it was amazing! The service was fantastic, the Brisket was the best I've had in years, and don't forget to order the Mac and Cheese with Burnt Ends. It's absolutely delicious! They also offer a great variety of beers to choose from, and my favorite was the Dan The Wiser White Peach.

Wow! I will definitely be going back with my wife. The brisket and mac n cheese were incredibly delicious. I had high expectations for the beer at their Lincoln tap room, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I adore this restaurant! We visited with our two young sons after a long 9-hour car ride. They were full of energy, but our server, Rosa G., along with another server, took the time to sit down and play with them. It was truly wonderful. They were incredibly kind and friendly. The food was delicious and the beer was even better. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic. If we lived closer, this would certainly be our regular spot!

I recently visited this restaurant for dinner, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. While the food was disappointing and earned a low rating of just one star, I have to commend the service and atmosphere, both of which received four stars. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the ambiance was inviting. Overall, if you're looking for a pleasant dining environment and good service, you might enjoy your visit, but be prepared to be let down by the food.

I’m ranking the restaurants according to other Nebraska restaurants and not with the Southern restaurants. Our server was great! Attentive, upbeat, and good vibes. They had funny Knick knacks on the walls and around the restaurant. Food was good. The onion rings were good and crispy. Although Nashville hot sandwich wasn’t hot, it was flavorful. FYI for a gauge-I do like a kick and I also like crawfish to burn my mouth and lips. The burger was juicy, flavorful and cooked to the right temperature and the fries were crispy!
