The staff here is great. Even when we asked for the grill to be cleaned before our order and we waited a while before it could happen, the staff remained professional and got it done and cooked our food to perfection. They had amazing teamwork and even gave us a free drink and a discount for our patience as they got it together to get us what we asked for.

Our experience here was absolutely fabulous.. Everybody here works like a well-oiled machine.. Everybody helped everybody.. The cook was fabulous the waitress was absolutely wonderful.. The Service is fantastic and the food is prompt and delicious! This place gives you everything you vould want from a Waffle House! I strongly advise against visiting The Waffle House. The service from the waitress was the worst I have ever experienced. It's clear that there have been significant changes in staff. The chef seemed overwhelmed, trying to manage everything on their own because the waitress appeared either very distracted or under the influence; it was obvious she was on something. We waited over two hours for our food, and several customers left in frustration. One woman even stood in line for 15 minutes just to pay without receiving her meal. The manager should really consider addressing this situation and possibly let some staff go.

I would give 5 starts but our original waitress, I can’t remember her name but believe it starts with an A, was putting trash bags in then did not was her hands but proceeded to touch clean plates and tend to waffles. When she was told about needing to wash her hands before touching food she got a rude attitude and went to the back not to be seen again until we left. The manager came out and apologized, comped the waffle which I didn’t receive until the rest of my food was already done. The place was slow, there were three people in my groups and 4 employees. Living in California under strict regulations, it was a delight and a real joy to finally sit inside a restaurant for breakfast. While my perspective may be influenced by the sense of freedom I felt, it doesn't affect my appreciation for the meal itself. The breakfast was fantastic—eggs, sausage, and of course, waffles with a cup of coffee. Our waitress, Joanna, made our experience even better.
