Whole bunch of kids. I placed a curbside and when I called 20 mins after waiting and no one answered I went into a bunch of kids standing in a circle on the phone talking in the lobby. While waiting in what felt like a line for an amusement park, I managed to write a PhD dissertation, watch the entire movie Oppenheimer, and finish my late tax returns, all while still finding time to catch some sleep. It was the most ridiculous wait time for a frozen meat patty I've ever experienced.

Didn't go inside to check the atmosphere but the food and drive thru service is always good. That's why I keep coming back. Keep up the great service and food. I went through the drive-thru for breakfast and ordered coffee, but by the time I reached the window, they had run out. It took almost 8 minutes from when I placed my order to when I arrived at the pick-up window, and they only realized they were out of coffee when I got there. It was mid-morning, well before breakfast service ended. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 and the service a 2. View menu

THIS IS THE WORST WHATABURGER LOCATION IVE EVER BEEN TOO!!! YOU SHOULD PLAN TO SIT IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR AT LEAST 45 MINUTES, I GO INSIDE TO GET NAPKINS THAT WERE NOT PROVIDED, AND COCKROACHES ARE CRAWLING ACROSS THE COUNTER!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT AT IGNORING YOU AND LEAVING YOU WONDERING WHY YOU WASTED YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!! I WILL NOT RETURN TO THE ANGLETON LOCATION!! IT SHOULD BE CLOSED PERMANENTLY!!!!! Do not order online!!! Seems like they push those orders behind the drive thru and curbside!!! I waited an hour not only today but a month ago!! The management needs to be upgraded to caring and positive people. Won't go as far as saying I'll never eat here again because that's not true.....but I'm deleting my app and staying away for awhile!! UPDATE 09/28/23 not sure what changes they have made but I have no complaints. So much, that I'm changing the star level from a 1 to a 5!!!! They have been absolutely wonderful lately!! Even during busy times!!!!
