"Later that day, after I got off work, I called the restaurant requesting a refund. To my surprise, the person I spoke to said, “If you are sick, you should call a doctor, not a restaurant.” At that point, I got frustrated. I told him that if I were going to a doctor, I would also consider contacting a lawyer. I felt dismissed and was disappointed that my concern about their food quality was being brushed aside. It was evident they didn't care that the food was inedible or that it made us ill. Their passive-aggressive response to my honest review felt like gaslighting. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of resolving issues directly with the establishment before writing a review, and I made the effort, but they showed no concern. As a result, they've lost my family as customers. I genuinely hope this review brings them at least the cost of the food we had to throw away. Does anyone have recommendations for a new go-to restaurant?"

Very fast customer service and the food is ALWAYS hot! From the outside it might look like a little hole in the wall restaurant, but the flavor and quality of the food is hard to come by in this area.

Not impressed after all the reviews I had read. Nice serving of main item, but rice was not Chinese, where it sticks together. Chicken fries rice had rice, chicken, and a sliver or two of onion. No other veggies, like normal.

I do enjoy eating here. I've never ate inside, but the food is good. It can be hit or miss at times, but I've never been so disappointed that I've had to take anything back or decided to stop eating there. The shrimp eggrolls are amazing! I was particularly excited about the Kung Pao chicken, which was full of flavor and surprisingly included two large red Chinese chili peppers, something many places tend to leave out. Unfortunately, the recipe also contained an ingredient typically not included in Kung Pao that I'm allergic to: white mushrooms. I ended up picking out five large pieces and one smaller one, but I missed at least one small piece and unfortunately had my usual allergic reaction, which put a damper on the rest of my evening. As for portion sizes, they were quite generous. We will certainly give Wok N Roll another try, but next time I’ll make sure to confirm that there are no mushrooms in my dish.

I tell you, these people continue to do the Lord's work. I was in a pinch for time today with it being very busy and decided to call in an order for lunch. The gentleman taking my order over the phone was very professional on the phone and read my order back to confirm accuracy. It was so nice to walk right in and basically right back out with my order in hand. I ordered my usual fav, the general tso lunch with crab rangoons and egg roll. While only my second time here, I found the food to be just as impressive as my first experience. Having such great consistency for a new business is essential.
