There was only one employee, on a Saturday at 12 noon, in a place that remains the most busy. This is unacceptable. I'm a patient. I was there in a total of 45 minutes, which is ridiculous. She obviously needed help. She was on her phone and asked many people for help. An employee of the adjacent service station came by and said that she had asked one of the Dairy Queen staff (also in the service station) to come and help. The subway staff said: I don't want their help, their nothing but drama?. Of course, as a customer who waited for half an hour, I don't care if they bring drama, I just want my sandwich. She allowed him to help gratefully and he was great. He was fast, polite and professional. I think whoever does the scheduling should do a better job so that they work more people during the lunch break. She should never call for help and serve customers at the same time. It's rude and it's careless and it took too much of her time. She was frustrated and stressed, and she had a good reason to be. Management should work better."
