"Last night, I ordered a gyro and a turkey sub. Although the food looked appetizing, it was too cold to eat. This wasn’t Z Express’s fault, as Grub Hub took nearly two hours to deliver the order. It’s unfortunate because the two guys I spoke with over the phone were genuinely nice and apologetic. They also advised me to contact Grub Hub for assistance and offered me a pickup option. Z Express is a really great place with sincere employees. Next time, I’ll skip Grub Hub and just pick up the food myself. Great job, Z Express!"

This is the best steak sub I’ve ever had! It was loaded, hot, and delicious. The food here is excellent and reasonably priced, especially for a convenience store. I was pleasantly surprised—definitely a hidden gem!

In my opinion, this is the best spot in Richmond. I really enjoy their loaded steak and cheese—it's delicious! The service exceeded my expectations for a convenience store. Plus, it's the cleanest store I've been to in Southside. Great job, everyone!
