Zaxby's - Menu

Pretty good choice. I'm here for salads because I go to Dairy every time. O now it's a 10 minutes waiting for a salad. Not disappointed by DairyO's failure, it has me in Zaxby's door.

August 1, 2022 We went to Zaxby's to dine for the first time and the food was okay. I had a Cobb Salad which came with fried onions in it and Texas Toast on the side. It was a decent portion, eatable not necessarily flavorful though. The price point was reasonable.

I ordered my food in drive thru. A girl name Precious never greeted me at the window. She acted as if she had a serious attitude. Drink was running on the side of the cup. Rolled her eyes instead of saying thank you come again after I receivedmy order. I didn 't even have a zax sauce in my order, which is what comes with the wings and things meal. View menu

He was waiting for about 15 minutes. The place was empty. A sequence of frozen mushrooms was then served. After I received a full refund and a second order of mushrooms, I opened the box to discover a container of Ranch, with which it was obviously tamped. I was so disgusting that I threw the rest of the order into the garbage. Is that what I'm expected every time I stop in the local Zaxby's. How can you trust to eat here again? Not me.

ordered an salat on the mobile app. I wanted to pick it up and the line moved extremely slowly, probably waited 20 minutes. to the loudspeaker and was said that they did not serve salates. the order was confirmed on the app, never they have canceled the order on the app or even made me aware, I would wait for nothing. waited 10 minutes to get to the window to get a refund after the money could not be redirected to my card. strange. will not come back.

The service was nothing to write home about. The location is good, the people are friendly, and there is ample parking. My issue is the place needed a good cleaning. The food was not seasoned well. I'm sure the manager on duty had her children sitting in the restaurant (not an issue, the location was empty). My real issue was there were 5-6 people working there and there was very little in the way of customer service. Just order, they'll call over the intercom, leave your food, and you're done. I've consistently had issues with my orders being incorrect at this restaurant. They don't call when a certain flavor is unavailable and just substitute it without asking. The chicken, which used to be delicious, now feels overcooked and tough, almost impossible to chew. This has been my experience during my last few visits. I always order the wings and things, but recently they completely drenched the container in BBQ sauce—there was so much that it was overflowing, almost like they used half a bottle. On top of that, the fries were cold. They're frequently out of items; tonight they were out of tea, and in the past few visits, they’ve also run out of teriyaki sauce. Date of last visit: 12/...

On Friday, I visited M Bogen 18 at 9:31 p.m. and was pleasantly surprised to find that they weren't busy. A friendly young lady swiftly took my order and brought my food. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because of the food quality. I had been informed that the salad included grilled chicken, which was fine since it was just 30 minutes before closing. However, the chicken was either overcooked or reheated because it ended up being overly crispy. The salad itself was decent, but I didn’t receive any dressing. Fortunately, I was able to add some when I got home. Had I ordered it to take back to work or elsewhere, I wouldn't have been able to eat it without dressing, especially with the cris...

I ordered a chicken finger meal and some fried pickles and the lady on the drive through speaker repeated what I said about 3 times because I wanted to make sure she got it right. I go to the pay window and I pay and they ask me to park by the front door, no big deal I guess but it was annoying, I wait by the front door for about 10 minutes before they finally come out with my food and when I get home and look they didn’t give me the extra sauces I paid for, didn’t sub the Cole slaw for fries like I asked, and I’m just really disappointed that I paid for certain things and didn’t even get them after having to wait like that.
