"The food at Mcalister's Deli definitely deserves at least a 4, but the service was quite disappointing. Both times I ordered takeout, the same woman attended to me. During my first visit, she seemed more focused on her phone call than on helping customers, even though someone had to ask her to step outside. On my second visit, I thought she was busy preparing orders, but after waiting for 10 minutes, she greeted another customer who came in and helped him before finally attending to me. It felt very disrespectful, especially since she looked at me a few times without bothering to ask what I needed. When I got home, I realized we had requested extra sour cream, buttermilk ranch, and a butter packet, but none of these were included. Additionally, the avocado was underwhelming, and there was hardly any bacon."
