"It was about since the pandemic that we hadn't gone to one. And unfortunately, it's nothing of what I remembered. The portion of the sandwich has shrunk, and it's like the taste as well. The cost has become completely ridiculous. For four meals, I paid $102, I was so surprised that I thought the cashier had made an error and requested for him to print the order so that I could verify. Well, no errors, 4 sandwiches , 4 sides and 4 drinks plus 1 cookie and 3 pieces of cake. Oh BTW take a look at a fresh salad...the taste was awful. It's a shame... The employees were nice but it doesn't make up for all the bad things."

The Mac and cheese looked like it had been scooped out the night before and was not appealing. The sandwich was good. The service was mediocre at best, but not hostile.

The food was delicious, but it took a while for someone to come to the register to take our order. Also, it appears employees' children were in there while the parent(s) worked, and it's a bit unprofessional, in my opinion. View menu

After reading negative reviews we decided to check out McAllisters ourselves. The restaurant was very clean, tables were clean, NO dirty tables. Prompt service when ordering. Food was delivered promptly. Ruben sandwiches were delicious as well as the potato salad and potato soup. We definitely recommend you try McAllisters in Concord!!!

Sad- it’s the nicest thing I can say. No one was in the front to take my order or another woman. Could see the male na aged in the back talking with some co workers. The girl slowly walked up to the register did NOT speak one word literally came up to register and just stared at me. I asked her if she was ready for my order and she said yup. Seriously must be a miserable place to work. This chick needs to be removed from customer facing.
