"I visited McAlister's on Shaad Rd in Knoxville, TN, and ordered a Southwest Chicken and Avocado Salad. What I received was disappointing: no chicken, just one slice of avocado, and wilted lettuce. When I called to address the issue, they suggested I drive back for ten minutes one way to have them remake it. What kind of business is that? I've always enjoyed their sandwiches, but this experience was the worst. I won't be returning to this location again."

In all honesty, I usually like McAlister. But this time, I went with my son, we ordered 2 BLT's, was a little soggy but I was hungry. I inhaled mine, but my son found a dead fly stuck to the bread on his last couple of bites ... was disgusting to say the least.
