"To my surprise, the first thing I noticed was how limited the options were. This was definitely not the same menu. The next shock was the $22 hamburger. I took off my glasses and rubbed my eyes, thinking I must be seeing things—there was no way I just read $22 for a hamburger. But I had read it correctly; it was actually $22.50. I can't help but wonder what key ingredient that extra 50 cents covered. Feeling hungry and having driven a whole mile for food, I decided to go with the Bleu Burger, cooked medium. I should have ordered it medium rare, or maybe I shouldn’t have ordered it at all. When it finally arrived, I let it sit at the bar, growing cold and unappetizing, much like my spirits. I chewed my double shot of Cazadores, pretending it was the cheesesteak sandwich I longed for, washed it down with the half beer Louise had shared with me, and listened as she lamented the challenges of being a Mercedes owner."

Excellent, attentive service with delicious breakfast choices. Whether it's the buffet or the items from the menu, your choices are wide spread and varied. Loved my eggs, bacon breakfast. The best part was the attentive and caring wait service. She was wonderful.

He also aggressive seriously. Please check for the service attitude. Only he does that! View menu

I could have given them a higher rating, but they wouldn’t let me sit down until exactly 5 PM. Once I was seated, they ignored me for the next ten minutes, making me feel like they weren’t truly open. Given that the hotel doesn’t offer room service (that’s a whole other issue), you would expect them to properly staff their restaurant.

Dinner here was the complete opposite of my breakfast experiences. A lot of wait staff talking, hanging around the bar and not really paying attention to their guests. The menu is quite limited. Tried the Brisket tid-bits. When asked how it was, I was mixed (hardly any sauce) and the wait person walked away. Just couldn't care less. Wow. I did appreciate the bus service, as water was refilled constantly and my entre was delivered by another person with a smile. This is the sole reason I left a significant tip.

The breakfast offered a satisfactory selection, although the scrambled eggs contained preservatives and the pastries were not as fresh as one might hope. The layout and variety of the buffet are commendable, especially for those who appreciate what they have there. The fruits served were fresh and flavorful, and the thick-cut bacon was particularly enjoyable. I appreciated the buffet's organized layout, with well-sectioned areas including a toaster that provided a variety of bread options to suit different tastes. I have to ask for the coffee twice. What an utter disappointment. We chose this place, which was somewhat out of our way, on the basis of their current on-line menu, which looked upscale and diverse. Arrived at the property to be told, “Oh, that was a long time ago. We don’t have that menu anymore.” What they had were burgers and pizza, and three salads, two of which featured “Fall Greens.” This was in March. The fungi pizza was a tribute to cheap restaurant mozzarella, our water glasses were never refilled, the waiter didn’t check in after we were served, and the open-face fig and chicken sandwich I ordered was dry as a bone. There’s more, but you get the idea.

Lisa,
Lisa,

I wasn't impressed with the $35 breakfast buffet. Although it includes made-to-order omelets and fried eggs, the buffet food only seems worthwhile if you arrive right when it opens. It’s obvious they prepare a large quantity at the start and let it sit until the end of breakfast. Most items don’t taste fresh, except for the pancakes, which are made on demand. The pastries are as hard as rocks, the bacon is barely edible, and the eggs have a texture that makes them feel like they could be drunk through a straw. The French toast is flat and tastes like it was frozen before being toasted, while the oatmeal is undercooked and watery. I ended up ordering an omelet to justify the expense, but even...

"Curry Hyuga had long been on my culinary radar, and today, I finally had the chance to experience it. The occasion arose as I needed to pick up my partner at SFO later, and given the mere 10-minute drive from the restaurant to the airport, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to satiate my appetite and make the most of my time, rather than aimlessly circling around the airport. Conveniently, there are numerous public parking lots scattered throughout the town. The restaurant opens its doors at 11:30 am, and I arrived promptly at 11:25 am, only to find a queue already forming outside, as depicted in the photo. The attentive server, Yuki promptly greeted each customer and kept my water glasses filled, setting a positive tone for the dining experience.Opting for their Signature Curry Rice Entree, which features their caramelized onion curry accompanied by shredded cabbage, creamy potato salad, and Fukujin pickles, I decided to elevate my meal by adding Chicken Cutlet Katsu Curry with Chicken Karaage as additional toppings. To my amazement, my order was delivered to my table in a mere 3 minutes, which left me thoroughly impressed. Curry Hyuga's standout feature is their incredibly tender meat, perfectly complemented by their mouthwatering curry—a true masterpiece with Kanazawa-style sweetness and richness that sets it apart. To further customize your dish, they offer a selection of five different spices: Ichimi Togarashi, Jalapeno Pepper, Pequin Pepper, Wiri Wiri Pepper, and Orange Habanero. I had the pleasure of sampling all of them, and personally, I found the Wiri Wiri Pepper and Orange Habanero powder to be standout choices. Their spiciness elevated the curry to a whole new level, complemented by the unique fragrance of the peppers."
