"Husband went to pick our online order sat at the bar 6 people came up to him asking for the name they finally got it to him and he went to check it and no nachos so he had to wait another 10 mins on top of wait 25 mins then we ordered a taco salad beef they gave us chicken then we didn’t get a taco we ordered and no drink with kids meal so I called and asked to speak to the manager took 5 mins for them to come said they would make the food again I said can you just refund the taco that you forgot he said no we make it I said I’m not coming back i have kids that are hungry and he said okay give me a second I’ll look on the computer and then hung up on me I called back he said come back and get the food I’m not refunding I said you messed up all my food and mean to tell you won’t refund anything back and he said come get food I finally got upset and hung up the phone we will not be back at all unorganized and unprofessional"

"As always, the food was good. Service was slow, now at the servers fault. Not super busy for the lunch hour, but only 2 servers when we got there. Saw several people walk out because no one at the podium to greet customers. Not only were servers waiting table, cleaning tables, prepping food, they were expected to greet incoming customers. Servers were running their butts off. Poor management, in my opinion. Inside of building is starting to look it's age. Again, poor management. Prices are like everywhere else why people don't eat out as often as they used too. $65 with tip for two people, no bar drinks or extras. Might think twice before going here again."

"NOT LOCATED IN WAVERLY… It’s situated about a block east of exit 79 on 127 North and Lake Lansing Rd. As the sign claims, it offers “Super Fast Super Fresh Chinese Food.” I found myself in a rush during a lunch break, with only 20 minutes to grab a bite. I ordered the Peking BBQ Ribs and Hunan Pork with Fried Rice— all for just $7.00! I have to say, they truly excelled in SPEED, CLEANLINESS, and FRIENDLINESS— three absolute essentials in my book! The food was a little sweeter than I prefer, but I’m not discouraged, especially since they've earned the impressive TOP AWARD shown here. I’ll definitely return to see if I can upgrade my rating from 4 stars to 5."
