"The manager attempted to rectify the situation, but the final bill was still incorrect, though only slightly. We ended up tipping 22% despite the mistakes. Ordering a la carte for each item would have been significantly cheaper. As for the food quality, it was subpar. Out of five dinners, two were decent, one was okay, and two were terrible. The soups were acceptable, and two of the fries were good, but the experience overall was lacking. The dessert was particularly disappointing. In total, we spent $300 for three adults and two children, receiving only good service but mediocre food quality. This experience deserves no more than 1.5 stars. There are definitely better options out there. On a positive note, the property itself is beautiful, but clearly, the general manager and executive chef do not align on the standards expected during Restaurant Week."

Service was extremely slow ordered a second glass of wine and it took almost 15 min to get it at which point I returned it the meal was complete at that point. The food was lukewarm and not very enjoyable.

we enjoyed the Christmas Eve buffet overall. the only disappointment was that was missing from pasta, rice or kartoffeln, e.g. tasted.) the perpetrator darts were so spiced that we could not appreciate the basic potato taste.

First time there. No reason to think that this place could never be poor at food and service. Had a scatter brained server. Kitchen had to redo all orders even before we got them or at least that is what the server told us. Food was poor at best. Want to give them another try, but going in with caution next time.

The kids pizza was kind of burned so hard to eat and very small for the price and thickness The seafood risotto was supposed to have crab and shrimp, and I think I found three parts of shrimp and some very shredded up crab. There was nothing lump, so for the price I think there should’ve been more seafood and also the portion of risotto is fairly small. Also on the oily side . Service was great though!
