"Staying in Wenatchee for work temporarily. Decided to get Arby’s for lunch..ordered a meal when asked for regular fries not curly which was what was ordered, worker reacted with irritation telling her co worker psssht,then advised me to pull forward. When eating my meal.. my bun was burnt and the fries were not cooked fully. Wenatchee Arby’s not a great experience ! The staff here is非常友好 and my order was completely accurate. Since I can be quite particular, that speaks volumes. The chicken salad sandwich isn't as good as it used to be, but it's still filling and satisfying.

The restaurant is beautifully clean and offers decent service. This location has an interior panel for ordering and food pickup, which I find that many Arby’s locations lack. Overall, it's a great spot, and I would definitely dine here again. View menu

Every single time, my order is missing something. I'm really frustrated with paying these prices and still not getting the order right! It shouldn't be too difficult—just check the order to make sure it's complete. I’m done with both Arby’s locations in town.
