"Wonderful contemporary Italian food! It's hard to guarantee a spot especially without being able to make a reservation so be sure to get there early! We loved the tasting menu which is only $35 for a 2 course meal- a pasta and entree! The bread- excellent garlic spread to put on bread and to tip into olive oil From love to Maui- sweet pretty delicious cocktail Pici- LOVED, very tender lamb with fresh pasta. The breadcrumbs were a wonderful touch adding an appealing texture Gnocchi- light and easy to eat initially Short rib- perfectly cooked, tender and filling Cod- fun to eat from the parchment paper, very lightly seasoned, very soft and almost melts like butter! The only thing I would have liked to be different was the chairs. They were a bit awkward and deep, which were not very comfortable. However I really did enjoy the atmosphere and setting"

I highly recommend coming here for happy hour! Delicious food and cocktails, good service, nice interior design, and reasonable prices. I also love that they focus on quality over quantity. The large windows make Artusi the perfect spot for spring and summer.

Now, let’s talk about the desserts!!!!! The tiramisu is a classic favorite, but this one had a delightful rum flavor that really stood out in the best possible way. The sorbet—black tea and orange or something along those lines—was intriguingly complex! And the semi-freddo with cherries and chocolate? Yes, please! Everything was simply amazing. The next time I’m in Seattle, I’m definitely bringing my entire team to experience this place!

The only downside to our experience was our server. When we asked for recommendations, they suggested ordering the gnocchi without the porchetta, claiming it was vegan (thankfully, we ignored their advice). I would rather not encounter that omelette dish again, and I'd appreciate it if the staff had a better understanding of wine varieties, like Syrah. Overall, though, Artusi is a spot I would highly recommend for its outstanding food and lively atmosphere. View menu

Had dinner here for the first time with my wife daughter. 1. Decent ambiance 2. Staff was helpful 3. Food was very tasty appetizer 3 meals 4. Food portions: appetizer main dinners Very disappointed in dinner portions. They were essentially slightly larger appetizer size. While I 'm not a fan of the wheel barrow size portions of some restaurants, either, for a basic noodle dish, I expected a more meal size portion for the $20 price I had the Pici I 'm not sure I 'd immediately return to Artusi.

We originally intended to have dinner at Spinasse, but since the wait was around an hour, they suggested we try their sister restaurant next door. At first, the host seated us at a table near the entrance, but when I asked if we could move to an available table further back, he happily agreed. The waiter was very patient and took the time to explain all the pasta options on the menu, which only featured about four or five choices. Just a heads up: the portions are on the smaller side considering the prices.

I came here for the valentine's day dinner (set meal $65/pp) and it was not the most exciting 4 course meal. I felt like the items were not super creative, nor presented in the best way for the price. The food itself just tasted ok, though not bad and also super small. We shared 1 raviolo with 4 little droplets of filling for 2 people LOL it was sooo small. We wanted more!! We also did the drink tasting set, which was around $35 and this was pretty cool, but I only liked 1 drink (the cocktail). Anyways... I probably wouldn't come back for any set dinner plans. There were very few tables on a Saturday night which was alarming. The maui with love cocktail was very sweet just the way I like it and tasted like juice. Not featured is the house bread we ordered that was very underwhelming; it was burnt and cold. The cauliflower puree accompanying it was tasty. The black cod was decent but a very small and moist from being cooked in the parchment paper but the small portion with no sides which was strange. The lamb pasta was also a small portion and was just ok. Definitely overpriced for what we got. Service was good but I wouldn't come back for the food.

Still fabulous and delicious. This place is better than Seattle deserves. Don 't believe me? Order the butter lettuce salad and a drink. That 's it. You 'll get a few greens on a plate and feel like you regret reading this Yelp review. And then take a bite and realize that even the Artusi preparation of butter lettuce destroys any comparable Italian place outside of Spinasse and Altura in the city. I have never had a bad meal at this local treasure. My only complaint it that they have redesigned the interior of the place to, I assume, make room for more seats. The previous design of the restaurant may have been less functional but the vibe was way better and now it 's just O.K. Still, you 'l...
