First time,took the advice from reviews,the food was very good,well prepared and good they didn't have take out menus available,parking is good.I would definitely go again.

I had a very unpleasant experience. I found a plastic tie in my noodles, and the second dish had the most squished noodles I've ever seen, along with raw meat that just tasted terrible. I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this place.

Wow! What a treat! This is some of the best traditional Chinese food I've experienced in the Triangle. The restaurant has recently changed ownership and introduced a new menu, so be aware that many online listings may still show the old one. Haven’t tried the food yet, but this is based off of customer service alone. Calvin was so sweet , helpful and patient. Amazing cashier and customer service. Without a doubt, this is the most authentic Chinese dining experience I've encountered in NC. After four visits, I've been consistently impressed with the majority of dishes I've tasted. Not only is the food exemplary, but the waitstaff is also remarkably attentive and accommodating. They've been more than willing to adjust the spice level to suit my preferences. Some standout dishes that I highly recommend include the Stir-Fried Yellow Beef, Dry Hot Pot Lamb, Hot Pot with Preserved Pork and Bamboo Shoots, and the Sautéed Preserved Pork with Mushrooms.

This restaurant offers genuine, incredible, delicious, and spicy Chinese cuisine, particularly from the Hunan region! They also serve handmade noodles! As someone who was born and raised in Hunan, I truly appreciate the food here! When my friends and I sampled the dishes, we were particularly impressed by the Sautéed Preserved Pork with Mushroom (茶树菇腊肉). I’m so grateful to have this place in the RTP area! An excellent authentic Chinese restaurant. Those are not that easy to find in the area, and luckily this restaurant gets it right. The noodles are hand-pulled here, which you can see done front of house. They are delicious and the right blend of chewy/tender. I had the pork stir fried shaved noodles (so good we ordered two), the preserved pork with bamboo shoots (delicious mouth-numbing szechuan flavor, and smoky wok hei), Ramen (the noodles and meat were great, but this is not Japanese Ramen, rather a simple soup with a simple broth, noodles, and meat), and the chili oil wonton (above average and enjoyable). I ordered takeout here on 4/20/23. I ordered EggFoo young and chicken wings and an egg roll. The chicken wings were just okay, the egg foo young was terrible, the sauce was not gravy it was just like a bowl of sweet soy sauce. I’ve eaten here before but not again. I feel bad for saying this but the food is really some of the worst takeout I’ve had. I got the Chicken Terriyaki and although the chicken was pretty good the vegetables were nearly raw. The sauce was really weird and was unlike any teriyaki I’ve ever had before. It was very light and the sauce that was on the bottom of the container was almost like water.
