"The variety of bagels and cream cheese flavors available was impressive, alongside a diverse menu of other items and pastries. I found the prices for both food and coffee to be quite reasonable. I also appreciated that the restroom is for customers only, which is definitely a plus. The staff members, especially the men behind the counter, were extremely friendly. Even during the late morning rush when customers were no longer hurrying to work, the place still had a lively atmosphere. A couple of days after my first visit, I returned to enjoy a bagel with cream cheese, and once again, the same counter attendant was delightfully pleasant. He treated all the customers warmly, which I noticed while I waited at a table before ordering. He kindly offered me a spot to sit inside since it was particularly windy and chilly that day. I took another look at the bagel selection and found pumpernickel at the very bottom. I had my heart set on trying the Garlic Herb Cream Cheese, so I went for it. I opted not to toast the bagel because it already had a wonderful crunch on the outside. The inside was perfectly moist and delicious. There was a generous amount of cream cheese to spread all over the bagel, and I ended up finishing the whole thing. The Garlic Herb Cream Cheese was exceptional! At $5.17, it was absolutely worth it. I couldn't have asked for a better brunch experience! I wholeheartedly recommend Bagel Express II. Don't let their overall two-star rating dissuade you; it doesn't reflect my experience at all. Plus, they maintain a clean restroom, which is always a bonus!"

This place should have one star for how the workers treat people. Never received my order and they screamed at me saying they didn’t care. To the owner of this establishment you should fire the workers who are doing damage to your business.

I got a garlic bagel with scallion cream cheese. It was a very filling and yummy bagel $5.39). Honestly, I feel like $5.39 is a lot for a bagel but it was very good and something I would get once in awhile. I would definitely come back to try different bagels!

I usually don’t give bad reviews but this place deserves it. Their staffs are usually arrogant which makes me feel uncomfortable. The bagel is usually not baked thoroughly so it never tastes good. I tried it a couple of times but now I always go to bagelworks instead. View menu

Terrible bagels. I should have checked the reviews first but I was pressed for time and I just ran in for a quick lunch. Big mistake. I can't completely describe the taste other than to say their bagels hadno flavor and are too chewy. I mean it would not brake down in my mouth. It wouldn't desolve. Typical low quality New York bagel. Customer setvice was good. Otherwise I'd only give them 1 star. My advice to others, always check reviews first if you don't want get stuck eating a crappy bagel.

The place only has about four tables inside and some outdoor seating. It was a lovely sunny morning, so we opted to sit outside. Normally, I’m self-conscious about people watching me eat, but today I didn’t mind at all! The food was delicious and really satisfying. My peppermint tea was served hot, and my mom enjoyed her coffee as well. I usually take pictures of my meals, but my hunger got the better of me today! The two guys working in the deli were very friendly and welcoming. They also have a bathroom for customers only. I would definitely support this business again when I’m in the area!
