"To the owner. There was no apology for the mountain of BBQ sauce covering the plate and seeping into the Broccoli. And there was no offer of anything else either. Your respinse reads like an irritated individual because you didn't appreciate the 3 star review. In terms of busy, there were 2 gentlemen in one booth, a couple in another, and us. Another couple arrived after us and received their food before us, which I didn't even mention in the original review. Maybe take the time to appreciate each person's individual experience and work to improve the areas where your establishment needs improvement. Seems like a cool place. However, took more than 20 mins to get some coconut shrimp, filet bites, and a brisket sandwich. The main issue was the brisket sandwich had 1/2 a bottle of BBQ sauce poured over the meat to a point I couldn't even see the meat. And there was so much sauce that it bled into the Broccoli and made the bun soggy. Likely won't return."

Depends on what you're there for. If it's for dancing and a night at the Bar definitely a good spot. If you want a quiet good meal then go during the week before 7pm.

I received a very basic salad. The dressing was too watered down, and the chicken was so salty that I couldn't eat it. I'm not sure what happened, but this is not what I'm used to getting. I won't be trying this again, sorry.

Bare Bones offers excellent food, but the service leaves something to be desired. I'm not sure if they struggle with organizing their waitstaff effectively or if they simply have inexperienced servers. Unfortunately, the service is consistently slow. View menu

I hadn't visited Bare Bones Bar and Grill in about 12 years, but I had lunch there today with some colleagues. Our server, Julia, was fantastic, and the meal was excellent. It’s still a great choice after all this time away. If you're looking for vegetarian options, they have a great vegetarian burger, which they customized for me as a black and blue burger.

My first experience when my friend brought me here was awesome. The food was great (especially crab dip). They had a band playing (Gary and the Groove). They were awesome. Band had customers up and dancing up to midnight! When i left, I felt like I had know the people around me for years! I live 90 minutes away from restaurant but make it a point to go for dinner and live music when Gary and the Groove play! Thanks Bare Bones for a GREAT experience!
