"Although our call-in order was prepared quickly, it was both expensive and unappetizing. My daughter and I ordered a couple of appetizers and two entrees. Unfortunately, the crab rangoons were either frozen in the middle or served cold, while the calamari rings were bland and also cold. The dipping sauce was reminiscent of orange-tinted syrupy water. I ordered the pad thai, which turned out to be a disappointing mush of overcooked, heavily salted spaghetti noodles with minimal chicken or tofu. While I don't mind indulging in cheap take-out from a hole-in-the-wall joint when necessary, I expected the cost to be around $5 or $6, not $11 or $12. With our meal totaling almost $50, it simply wasn't worth it in the end."

"I waited a few days to write this review so that I don't feel so crazy, but I'm appalled about the lack of customer service these team members present. I have worked for chickfila in the run of the years with big openings and trainings, etc. and as a team member myself and I have lived in sherman now for a little over a year and never had I had an extraordinary experience at this place yet I even felt welcome! Maybe my expectations for this company are high, but I didn't even hear the standard my joy and often I feel a last when this team serves me. I'm about 8 times away last year and it was a consistent negative experience for me. I also make deliveries for texoma delivery occasionally and I scream when I pick up a pick up at this place! it was never a food problem for me with taking out the occasional lack of condiments and utensils, it was always the experience and that falls on management! I will stop here, but please rob, it's time to clean home and be exceptional again."

"Came into town for this because of the reviews. Mistake. Worst ramen I've ever had in my life. Didn't even come with the things listed it said it would. When we asked about the missing items, they huffed about it. I asked about the side of crawfish when I ordered, told them I didn't want it if it was spicy, the young person taking our order first just stared at me, then seemed very put out at me for even asking, finally assured me it wasn't, and guess what? It is! Lol. They say that each meal comes with a cup of miso, it doesn't, and the sign stating so is still up. Some of the prices on the menu are not what they ring up on the register, and when I pointed that out I was treated poorly and still charged the excess. I won't be back for sure. This is just sad. They played politcal messages over the sound system too, which was pretty surprising. I'm kinda blown away by how bad this place is and how careless and rude the staff is . $45 for one of the worst dinners I've ever had, spend your money elsewhere."

"We always stop here when we are passing through. The food and preparation is excellent and the service is fast and especially friendly. I just had a triple slider special of brisket, crab cakes, and BLT that were very tasty. I finished with their coconut cream pie. Do not miss this place."

"I don’t even know where to start. I don’t really can’t understand why this place was recommended to me, the table I was placed at was absolutely disgusting and I had to wait what felt like forever for service (the place wasn’t even busy and I can see why. The waitress I had the misfortune of having was extremely rude and you could tell this girl was not happy at all, she kept talking over me, wouldn’t even let me get a word in. Not to mention, this girl was coughing, didn’t even cover her mouth. Now, the food… terrible quality and way overpriced, and I got something you really can’t mess up unless you are incompetent. Chicken strips, fries, and beans. The safest thing you can get at any restaurant. Well let me tell you, the fries are so soggy you could probably ring them out and the chicken strips have no flavor at all and are so dry you could literally choke on them, and their pinto beans… they were very unappetizing, the girl said they’re homemade, but I am almost certain that they come out of a can. I wouldn’t recommend this dump to anyone, not even my worst enemies. Very unsatisfied. Will definitely not be returning. If I could leave less than one star, I would."
