I had a disappointing experience with a frozen turkey burger that lacked any flavor. It arrived cold from DoorDash, and I couldn't help but wonder who actually eats here. The food was quite terrible. Buyer beware!

Beth's Burger Bar is definitely a step up from burger chains. The menu is easy to navigate, and burgers are easy to order and customize. The staff are friendly. Food comes out quickly. Prices are affordable. The burger tasted good, and I'd be very happy to have another one.

In Lake Cay Commons area Beth Burgers has some really fantastic food, yes the burgers are better than all the other five guys you can think! The food was enjoyable; we tried the peanut butter burger and the chicken tender sandwich. However, I was charged for extra mayo and ketchup, yet we never received any mayo. Most places offer condiments for free, so I felt it was a bit of a ripoff to have to pay $3 for them. While we decided to go ahead and pay, the fact that the mayo was missing reflects poorly on their service and order accuracy.

Food tasted great. I ordered for pick up, the lady who worked the front was very nice. I put the fries as a side order with my Single Burger and it got hidden with the add ons, so they did not put them in. I went back inside to let them know that the fries were missing and they were so polite and understanding. Checked my order, placed it in and resealed the bag to keep everything warm. Awesome customer service, will be back again! The fries were so good.
