"I'll start with the good very friendly service and orderly. The baklava was fresh and decent. Now, if steamed hoagies bland crinkle cut fries are your thing, then this would be great for you. This was my first steamed white bun sandwich; personally, I'm not impressed. The reuben meat toppings were fine. The atmosphere dining experience fully met expectations for a decades old deli. So, no issues there and it was clean. I might try again sometime with a different sandwich. My personal opinion is that a 4.8 composite rating is too high."

Tasty! Busy! Friendly! Interesting sodas! A little pricy. I would eat there again if in the area, but I would not make a trip to go there.

This place has everything you could want from a charming, neighborhood deli! Just like the show "Cheers," it's a spot where everyone knows your name. The customer service is exceptional, and since it’s family-owned and operated, you can really feel the warmth. Their Reubens on dark rye are absolutely delicious and have become our go-to order. As for parking, it can get a bit tricky during the lunch rush, but I've always managed to find a spot. View menu

The chicken tenders and fries, paired with the homemade ranch honey mustard, were absolutely delicious! My friends ordered burgers, and they proclaimed them to be the best burgers they've ever had in their lives! To make the experience even better, the staff brought such positive energy. As for parking, the lot tends to fill up during the lunch rush from 11 AM to 3 PM, but you can find parking at the gas station, the liquor store, Shoney's, or the laundromat nearby.

I have been a devoted customer of Billy's Time-Out Deli since I was a child. My first meal there was a ham and cheese hoagie with fried mushrooms, and now my all-time favorite is the steak in a sack alongside more fried mushrooms. They also serve the best baklava in East Tennessee. Billy's Time-Out Deli will always hold a special place in my heart and be a cherished part of my childhood memories. **Parking:** The parking lot is small and shared with two other businesses, which can sometimes make finding a spot quite challenging.

"Oh my gosh, where do I start. Our waitress was Tonya and she was phenomenal. Great suggestions that were spot on. First off, the tea is sweetened with orange juice. We tried it at the end of the meal and it was actually very good. That shocked us. The cornbread has just a hint of sweetness and the rolls were great. I did not add any butter, my wife did. On to the main course. My wife got pork chops at the suggestion of the waitress and in 32 years, she has never gotten pork chops. She was soooo glad she did. The au gratin potatoes...BAM! Awesome. Pint-sized were good. There's just not a lot to do with those. For my meal, I got the pot roast. It was great for restaurant pot roast. Tender, juicy, flavorful. Just needed a little salt. I also got the grilled squash and no I want to try this. Lots of flavor. The star of my plate was the corn pudding. Oh my gosh. I could have gotten that 3 times and still wanted more. Finally moving on to dessert. There are so many choices. We got it down to the German Chocolat cake, carrot cake or Italian cream cake. So we went with Tonyas suggestion since she was spot on with the meal. Italian cream cake won. If we would have been going g straight home, we would have bought an entire cake. It was that good. Great food that was served hot and an attentive waitress to match the quality. Again, this was worth the hour drive!!!"
