"Excellent service, great menu items. Wifey ordered a Midori sour, I must say it was made to perfection, I had a specialty drink the Searcher (duke bourbon, lemon, Blackberry purée, Basil, and thyme bitters) so good especially with the hint of Basil flavor. (Highly recommend) also had a Side car which unfortunately was a bit to strong. I also sampled the only Stout they had which was very high in alcohol Contant but lacked flavor and body of a good chocolate or coffee Stout. For appetizers we had calamari, Seafood plate which had lobster tail, Aji tuna, shrimp, and oysters. The calamari were excellent especially the little legs (I’m a legs man) The oysters were mild and very fresh, the lobster tails (served cold) were absolutely incredible, oh my gosh… so good! We also had steak bites, Brussels sprouts with chunks of ham, garlic fries (so good) and Mac and cheese (I’ve had better) For my main meal I had a beautiful garden salad with oil and red wine vinegar, mashed potatoes with a pepper steak filet mignon (cooked Med rare). The steak was very good although it was ever so slightly chewy “not sure but if I was to guess… it was not USDA prime, most likely Choice.” That being said it was still a good steak. For dessert we had a. Sampler plate with Keylime pie, crème brûlée, ice cream and cheesecake. All were really good."

The Truffle Mac Cheese have no Truffle flavor, The Mash Potatoes are dry, the chicken added to the Mash Potatoes are Southwest Flavored, and the Crème Brûlée came sogggy

The wood-smoked prime rib was tender and juicy, but slightly lacking in flavor and tenderness (possibly due to receiving an end piece). I wished it had come with au jus.

This is a pleasant restaurant, it brings back a 90's steakhouse vibe. We ordered lobster and steak, a hamburger with fries, seafood salad and a seafood pasta. The food was tasty, and generous amount, we were too full for dessert and coffee.

The 20 oz steak was smaller than expected, and the cook tried to hide this by cutting a 4 oz piece and adding it under the other piece of prime rib. What was supposed to be a top-quality restaurant has now turned into a disappointment. Disgusting. Waste of money.

We booked the table in advance. The stuff was friendly, but don't fast. The seafood pasta was nice and delicious. It has fresh products, and pasta is tasty, too. The sauce is ok, but I would like a thicker sauce. Here are a huge choice of beers. I will definitely be back. Thanks.

The truffle Mac n Cheese at Birks is absolutely delicious and my favorite dish on the menu. The crab cakes with salsa and aioli are also incredibly tasty, reaching a new level of flavor. My son loved the juicy sliders as well. Overall, we thoroughly enjoy everything on the menu at Birks and would give it a perfect 10/10 rating.
