"I visited yesterday, and the gentleman in front of me was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. As someone who works in the service industry, I really appreciated his excellent service (the extra star is dedicated to him!). However, I've noticed an increasing number of reviews mentioning issues with the quality of the food. Specifically, my chicken had some purple/pink hues and, in certain spots, brown/black, which is definitely concerning when you're ordering a chicken sandwich. On a positive note, the sides were delicious, and this restaurant has a lot of potential. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is great, but my dining experience left a lot to be desired. I couldn't finish my buffalo chicken sandwich, which is disappointing because I really wanted this place to be my new go-to spot. Unfortunately, it's hard to feel confident when the quality of chicken wings seems inconsistent."

The chicken dishes were excellent and full of flavor. The Nashville hot was decent, but not remarkable. The bungalow was so enclosed around the chicken that it felt like I was enjoying a smaller portion of it.

Best burger I've had in the city, and cooked medium. Not crazy expensive either, compared to other places. Mac and cheese is to die for also. Conveniently located too. Can't rave about this place enough, I'm in love!! Love love love these guys!! Thank you!

This meal turned out to be the best Brudel Bacon Top Burger I've had in years. The burger was a double patty, and I believe they should all be made this way. It was beautifully cooked over four sides of wood charcoal, which made it perfect. I can't wait to have it again!

Came in with a large party with really specific food allergies and the service was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate everyone despite being inundated with ubereats orders which they also seemed to be taking care of in excellent fashion. I can’t recommend this place more they’ve got a great atmosphere and great food. Pair that attentive and helpful staff and it gets an easy 5 stars from me.

Stopped in for brunch whilst visiting our son, he wanted to take us to Bluebird as he loves their food! Our son is not wrong! Excellent food. I was skeptical about going for a burger but this is not a burger joint! I ordered the Big Texas Juanita with duck fat fries again a recommendation from our son. This place is fast becoming my go-to delivery spot. I’m working my way down the menu (though I have definitely ordered that bacon jam burger way more than once and everything is top notch. They will do your tastebuds right, and their burger blend is definitely one of the best (if not the best) in the city. I still have yet to visit the restaurant, but when I find myself in the neighborhood, I will definitely stop in- if it travels this well, it’s gotta be extra good fresh off the grill!

We've spent a week in Chicago and stumbled in here. And proceeded to have the best dining experience of our trip. While using an app to order wasn't the best the rest was fantastic. The food was awesome, the servers were friendly and answered all questions about the wine and beer. Duck fat fries were tasty and fresh...the pork belly was amazing. Sandwiches a great size for lunch. Lots of great sauces. Food done really well. Nice atmosphere too. Great music, comfy seating, really clean. This place is a major highlight.
