"The food is delicious, but I should caution you about the lunch rush — I’ve been there over ten times, and on several occasions, my waiter has forgotten to place my order, leading to some waiting time (though they did deduct the cost from my bill). I highly recommend the shrimp cocktail, vegetable spring rolls (available only at lunch), Harry's Salad (a mix of chopped vegetables), and halibut. For dinner, my personal favorite is the sesame-crusted tuna, and the blackened tilapia is excellent too. As a vegetarian, I can’t comment on the steaks, but I've heard they're quite exceptional and well-regarded in Washington. You won't want to miss dessert either; they are fantastic! Be sure to save some room for them. The cheesecake is amazing, as is the flourless chocolate torte, although it is quite rich. There may be better options downtown, but you really can’t go wrong with Bobby Van’s."
