"Service was fine, quiet cozy ambience, but the food really is not great. The chimichurri steak we ordered was cold and of poor quality; when we brought it up to the server, they opted to regrill it.... And so the cut became overcooked and not really edible. The spicy potatoes were solid, but a tad overdone with spicy mayo. Best part of the meal was some prosciutto wrapped asparagus, and the free appetizer bread and olive oil."

Very disappointing. The place was locked and not open even though their sign said it was. Is this place still open for business? View menu

1 staff person to greet, take orders, bartend. Sticky floor. Could hear the microwave dinging from our table. For real. We live close and will never be back.

Great local restaurant with fresh ingredients from the kitchen. We are told they will be changing their menu and going away from the wonderful tapas they serve. Hope it will be as good.

Food was good, waitress was a little rushed, but there was only one waitress. Bathroom was not clean according to the women in our group. Has a lot of potential, hoping this is just start up problems. The food was worth coming back for! View menu

We didn't need the reservation at 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday, as the restaurant was empty. But, the food was great, loved the wine, and really enjoyed the meal overall. It was a terrific birthday dinner! Prices are very reasonable. We'll definitely be back!

I appreciate the live music, it was a pleasant surprise! The olive oil and bread were fantastic. However, the marinated olives were too sweet for my liking. I liked the concept of the citrus marinade, but this particular batch was a bit overpowering. Overall, the meal was well-balanced and enjoyable.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
