"I decided to give them another chance today because I understand that everyone can have an off day. Unfortunately, it was just as disappointing. The potatoes were so runny that they dripped off the spoon like soup; there's a better chance of drinking water upside down than getting those "potatoes" to hold any gravy. The macaroni and cheese looked like it had come from a barely functioning microwave from the late 80s. We received the wrong number of chicken pieces, and the ones we did get were so greasy that no one could eat them. I could probably use the chicken to fix every squeaky hinge in my house. I’m really fed up with this Bojangles – it’s just not good! Someone needs to address these issues. We won’t be returning until we see consistent positive reviews. I will be reaching out to corporate... again."

Bojangle has a unique atmosphere, but I’ve noticed that every time I visit, there seem to be mostly older patrons and very few younger customers dining in. I think they could do more to attract a younger crowd.

I ordered two steak biscuits for $4. The drive-thru took a long time. I was served by a friendly young lady and drove off without checking the bag. When I got home, I found that I actually received a chicken filet biscuit, a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, along with two orders of fries—no steak biscuits at all.
