i think i need to come back and try something else. the tacos were not good but the fried rice was fire! service was a bit slow we waited on my tacos for at least 20 minutes after all the other food came out.

Bonchon offers incredibly crispy fried chicken with delightful flavors. The fries are also wonderfully crunchy and well-seasoned. Portion sizes are generous, and the service is excellent. The atmosphere is vibrant and cozy. I would definitely return!

This place had the BEST chicken I have ever had. The soy garlic flavor is amazing. We made the mistake of ordering two small plates for each of us, but trust me, you can share a small plate with two people. We had chicken leftovers for days. The fries were awesome too!!Food: 5/5 View menu

The food was amazing, and the service was excellent! We were unsure about what to order, but Gin was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions. The dishes were delicious, especially the fried chicken with soy and garlic sauce. When we're back in town, we will definitely return. Food: 5/5

I was hesitant to go to this Bonchon bc of the reviews. But I was not disappointed. The wings were double fried to crispy goodness. My only issue was the higher than preferred salt level of the wings and the under-fried fries. However, we did take the fries to go, so I'm not really faulting Bonchon for that. The wings came out quickly, the service was great, and the overall experience was great! Wish we lived closer--we'd go all the time!

I visited this restaurant on June 11, 2023, and it was my first experience there after seeing it frequently in Chinatown Square. I arrived about an hour before closing, and while the place was quite empty, the customer service was outstanding. I ordered the wings with soy garlic and spicy flavors, and I loved how crispy and juicy the chicken was. Additionally, I had the chicken fried rice, which was bursting with flavor. Very good food. The wings were cooked perfectly! I hated the pickled radish (usually my favorite! , but the chicken made up for that. The pork buns were soft and I love the textures and the flavor of the pork! Overall, the service was great…restaurant was very clean and family friendly! The servers are very attentive, they’re super approachable, and seem to actually like working there. I’d definitely come back and I look forward to trying EVERYTHING on the menu!
