"We had a fantastic dining experience from start to finish, thanks to the delicious food and the exceptional service provided by Shelby! We visited for a birthday dinner and were thoroughly satisfied. We kicked things off with the Polenta with Mushrooms, which was creamy and bursting with flavor—definitely a treat. The small wedge salad was just the right size. The Grilled Skuna Bay Salmon and Braised Boneless Short Rib were the highlights of the meal, and I highly recommend both dishes. To top it all off, the Basil Crème Brûlée was incredibly unique and the perfect ending to our birthday celebration. Thank you, Shelby, for the wonderful service!"

We come to Ouray once a year and we always make sure we eat at Brickhouse 737. The food and drinks were amazing as always and our serve Kelly was great! The receptionist was super nice too. Highly recommended!

The spare ribs were incredibly tender—absolutely fantastic! My friend ordered the shrimp pasta, and it was equally amazing. I'm really glad we made a reservation in advance. This might just be the most delicious meal we've had during our entire trip to Colorado. View menu

I only had the Palisade Peach Bruschetta which was good, not great even though I really wanted it to be! There was a very thin layer of ricotta that I could barely taste but I'd try again. Maybe just a bad round. The environment was a nice reprieve from the beer/wings/bar scene. A little hidden gem that I would highly recommend!

You can call this place like they asked you to do, But they may only respond 40 Before the time you asked for a reservation to tell you whether you had it or not. It’s like they don’t want your business. We called several times, left a message, and by the time they had called us back, we had already made reservations elsewhere. Because they only called us 40 minutes before the time we had to reserve for.
