"we were in buca a few times and never had a bad meal. Unfortunately we decided to go on holy evening and had a terrible experience. I'm not one who ever complain or even write a bad review as I worked in the restaurant business for many years. we waited 25 minutes to sit in an icy cold vestibule. Once we set ourselves, we couldn't get warm. our range was so cold that we kept our hunting all the time. at the end of the meal some of us had our hoods. we asked the waitress if they could turn the heat up, but it was unfortunately cold all our evening meal. we ordered appetizers that never came, our drinks took 30 minutes to get to our table. our food took half an hour and when it was cold. we have made it quick and leave it as soon as possible because the service, eating and the entire experience was probably the worst I had in 10 years. Of course we still tipped as it was holy evening, but it was a mistake."

We had a reservation for We were immediately seated. Our drinks weee places within min and our food order was placed within min. It took almost hrs for our food to arrive ans it wasn’t cooked. Our drinks were gone, nobody checked on us the entire time we weee there and the bill was OUTRAGOUS!!

I wish I knew it was a family style. that means that the amount of food for at least two people can feed three. it is placed on the table and they serve themselves from the large plate or bowl. that is really a cool idea because they have a lot to take home. I wish I knew it before. we have gone to christmas. they were extremely busy and I think they were much more busy than they expected, because they were all from many means of life, especially huh. also because of being so busy, eating was moderately warm when it came to us. that's the only reason I took a star away. otherwise it was delicious. would definitely go back to a non-Holidae.

The server pushed to upsell us to a shared drink but never mentioned it was that expensive and it turned out to taste like coolaid, lots of sugar no alcohol. The server did warn us the kitchen was running behind but it took ninety minutes for our entrees to come. Meanwhile there were pickup orders going out the door fast. When the entrees finally arrived they could have been cooked a bit longer and one entree was much cooler than the other we ordered. The side of broccoli tasted like boiled frozen vegetable overcooked. I nearly fell out of my chair when the bill came for for people before tip.
