"I didn't eat at this restaurant; I was there to pick up a Grubhub delivery. When I arrived, the only person in the diner was sitting at a table, distracted by their phone. I inquired about my order, which was supposed to be ready for pickup at that time, and they went to the receipt printer and seemed surprised that the ticket was still open. In the world of Grubhub deliveries, time is crucial, and that delay ended up costing me. The diner itself was messy, with food and drinks left scattered around. I'm not sure what role this person plays there (probably less than minimum wage), but being attentive to live orders is essential, as is regularly cleaning the diner!"

3 stars for the amazing Birria tacos, lost 2 stars as the chicken fingers fries were soggy and underseasoned… will avoid those and try the pizza next time along with more birria- I hope to be able to leave a 5 star!

Overate it. Sadly we tried this place for our dinner tonight and we are negatively impressed. Fries and chicken wings are blend no taste at all . The pizza is okay. Chicken wing should be fry crispy crunchy. This one is rubbery greasy. So sad this was our first try , from my experience, I don’t recommend this place. . View menu

Why does the same cheese pizza a month ago cost $11 now costs $16? Used to come here once a week for lunch. Surely the ingredients cost haven't gone up enough to justify that kind of price hike. I know others will agree that this is a sure way to lose business. Owner if you see this please revert the menu to old prices!

Excellent staff, was amazing right when I walked through the door. This is just a perfect little pizza/sub shop in the middle of a residential neighborhood... so unexpected. The food is wonderful! The pizza is perfect, subs are made with care, and I am a fan of their Buffalo wings. This is my new local spot and I am so glad they are right down the street and basically welcomed me in to my new neighborhood with warmth in a trying time. View menu

Editing my review now: the fact that Bucci's offered me a new calzone speaks volumes about their customer service. I didn't have a chance to go in for it at the time, but I ordered again tonight and made sure to specify in the notes (since sometimes Uber Eats and the actual menu don’t match). This time, the calzone came with fried chicken, and as odd as it might sound, fried chicken stuffed in baked bread was even better! Thank you, Bucci's, and enjoy your well-deserved 5 stars!

Upon entering the restaurant, my girlfriend and I were taken aback to see some blood on the entryway doors. However, the man inside quickly explained that it was the result of an incident involving someone who didn't belong in the neighborhood, and they were essentially "cleaning up" the situation. After we finished our meal, my girlfriend ended up going home with one of the employees, Polly, and returned the next morning with a $20 gift card for the restaurant. So it looks like we’ll be dining there again!

"I’ve ordered pizza here about 3 times. That’s 3 times too many. After the first time, I thought I’d give them another chance. About a year or so later, I thought to myself, okay, one last chance. But they’ve never lived up to even the least of my expectations. The pizza is okay, but not worth the prices they charge; I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars, but the service….. if negative stars were available, I’d give it 5. And whoever the older, heavier, bald, gray bearded man is, well, I suggest he just retire or find a different day job that isn’t associated with customers. First, they don’t greet customers when one walks in the door. Not even a smile. Next, when they rang up my take out order and I placed my credit card into the machine, he pressed the button for the next screen and TOLD me, “Add a tip.” Most places let you know that IF YOU WISH to add a tip, that’s the place to do it. And then when his machine stalled, he exasperatedly rolled his eyes, huffed and then told me he was going to have to start all over, as if it were my fault his machine was acting up. And once again TOLD me to add a tip. I thanked him for the pizza… and he didn’t even acknowledge it. He didn’t thank me for my business, for coming in, for not cr*pping the floor. Nothing. In hindsight, this is the tip I would’ve given him (with a smile, of course): Do the world a favor Pull your lower lip over your head and swallow. And have a nice day! To pizza lovers in Everett: Save yourself the disappointment. Brooklyn Bros Pizza is much, much better! Major League Pizza doesn’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money."
