Buddy's Burgers - Menu

We ordered two burgers, and they were small and just mediocre overall. If you're looking for a better value, I recommend heading to Wendy's for a Baconator; you'll definitely get more for your money.

They prepared our order painfully slowly, at times they were just standing around. They ran out of some items and had to refund us for it, and were unprepared for a rush. We waited more than 30 minutes, 10 of which was just standing in line. I've worked infast food before and this is not okay.

Went to Buddy?s Burger last night to celebrate a birthday. The food was amazing. My husband said it was best burger he had in a long time. The customer service was fast and on point. Gave us a timeframe and it was served on time. My daughter doesn?t eat beef and got the Turkey Burger and she was very pleased. Thanks foe the great food and the great service. We?ll be back.

When a customer returns a burger because it was the wrong order, please don’t just wrap it up and try to hand it to the next customer. This just happened, and the staff member said it was fine since they only opened it and didn't touch the inside. She seemed upset when I refused to take the burger and instead requested a refund. This all occurred after I had waited 20 minutes for a single burger.

Have ordered from this location 2-3 times. Tonight on 9/11/20 I wanted sweet potato fries with the maple dipping sauce. First off my encounter with the employee was tonight was a reprehensible experience. First off I am deaf with a Cochlear implant and it was noisy and I get it but have some patience because first off I was extremely insulted and my sweet potato fries were not even hot. We did doordash. We got 2 burgers and a grilled chicken sandwhich. Cheese fries and choricheese fries. Burgers were good. Chicken was barely edible it was hammered thin and smothered in green herbs. I am not picky but it was not good. Chorifries were good but very spicy due to the jalapenos, not a complaint just heads up. We didnt receive the cheese fries. Overall we would be willing to try again, just expected better quality for the price especially since they specialize in these items.

Food was good but we won?t be coming back due to the ridiculous wait time. While we understood it was a Friday night when we placed our order on the phone we were told 10-15 minutes, we arrived 20 minutes later to get our food, only to wait another 45 minutes after paying for our order to finally be ready. Not once while we sat and waited did they check in with us on the status of our food or apologize for the length of time we had to wait after being told only 15 minutes originally. Unfortunately the poor service outweighs the quality of the food.

I have always had a great experience at Buddy's Burgers in the past. However, my recent orders had some minor issues that I felt needed to be addressed. When I met Lance, the manager at the Kennett location, I was impressed with his dedication to customer satisfaction. Lance not only fixed the mix ups, but he also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I have no doubt that Lance cares deeply about making sure customers are completely satisfied. The food, including the delicious burgers and amazing fries (especially with cheese sauce), speaks for itself. The staff at Buddy's truly cares about their customers. When I am craving a burger, it's definitely Buddy's or nothing. View menu
