"I'm glad I have the opportunity to share this experience because it's something everyone should be aware of! A couple of weeks ago, I visited this restaurant and was served by a male waiter who was distracted by a game while taking our drink and appetizer orders. When it was time to settle the bill, I informed the waiter that I would be paying for the entire table, while two of my coworkers would be placing separate to-go orders with their own tickets. The waiter insisted that I use the QR code to make the payment, even though I preferred a traditional check. As I was processing the payment, a message popped up indicating that the total amount had changed. Confused, I called the waiter over and discovered that he had added the to-go orders to my bill, despite our earlier discussion. He assured me that he would remove those items and that the payment would go through smoothly. However, here’s where it gets concerning: when I paid, I selected a 20% tip option, and because the added items increased the total, the tip percentage also increased automatically. I called the manager over, who seemed surprised and mentioned that it would be corrected. He gave me a new receipt, but to my dismay, I was still charged the full amount, meaning the waiter ended up receiving a 60% tip. I followed up five days later, but the issue remained unresolved. To make matters worse, when I returned the following week, the exact same situation happened again. I plan to escalate this matter to the corporate office because if this is a practice they’re engaging in, it qualifies as theft. It’s frustrating that I experienced this not once, but twice, leading me to believe it’s intentional. I urge every customer entering this establishment to be vigilant and watch out for similar issues!"

I had a fantastic meal and a great selection of beers to choose from. Our server, Amari, was outstanding! She was very attentive and quick to assist us whenever needed. This made for a wonderful date night, and I will definitely return!

Amari was the best and chillest server we could have ever hoped for and after we finished eating the manager gave each of us a 25% off coupon for next time we dined in. Amari also refilled our waters without us even asking and always refilled them at the perfect time. All in all the experience was a great one to say the least.

I went to this restaurant with two friends, and after we placed our order, we were abruptly told that we couldn’t be served. We weren’t given a reason for this decision, and to make matters worse, the manager named Matt had a smirk on his face while we were being asked to leave. Amari was our waiter at the Hanover Buffalo Wild Wings and he was incredible! Always checking on us by offering anything and catering to all our needs. He was friendly and quick to put in all of our orders as well as bring the food to us. He always gave us a refill before our first beverage was even done and was so kind throughout the dinner. We really appreciated his service and will definitely request him when we come back!

Ordered bbq bird dawgs and I got a chicken strip on buns with cheese sauce poured on top,for my side they came with a box that had (and I counted) 14 fries) I’ve been here twice before and the first time I had my waitress come to me and ask me what I ordered three times and then get it wrong. Mostly the atmosphere is okay until a bunch of kids come in there and decide who’s the dumbest in the group. All in all I wish I could say it’s a good place to eat but it’s not.
