"Burgerville has gone downhill quality wise for decades and in the last year its become abysmal. I just got the wrong burger. But, more importantly, the patty was so over cooked that is was disgusting. Totally charred and utterly dry. It was seriously one of the worst burgers I've ever had from anywhere! This isn't the first time I've gotten a bad burger from them, just by far the worst. On top of that, it was almost $17 for a meal with waffle fries. That's $3 ish dollars cheaper then the same thing at some place nice that REALLY knows how to cook a burger. So, burgerville is overpriced. I noticed the quality of the food start getting worse when the founder died years ago. His son took it over and clearly was profit motivated because prices immediately went up and quality went down. I think there is now a 3rd management company in charge and they CLEARLY care nothing about the the food. The only reason it still exists is because we all like supporting local businesses. Honestly, a BurgerKing burger is now better... And those have made me want to vomit forever."

Food was fresh and tasty, romaine lettuce, red onion, tomato slice and four pickles. Service was prompt and polite. Dining area was clean and tidy. Walla walla onion rings crispy and made to order.

I order small fries. They gave me large. I ordered large strawberry lemonade. They put a lot ice. 60 . I should have said no ice. They lady asked me if I want any sauce. I said I never been here before. She named all the sauces they had. She didn’t tell me you had to pay for them.

Love this place! Fresh and local ingredients made to order. I get the NW Cheeseburger with a gluten free bun, fries and a shake. Totally awesome every time. I also deliver for them and they are always fast getting the customers orders out to me. The staff are clean, friendly and professional.

Went inside and there was plenty space to social distance, the tables were clean, the staff friendly, and the food delicious! Bonus points, I did not know there was a coconut option to the milkshakes and sundaes. Very grateful for this option because we can't digest the milk well. Shake machine broke down Follow up: Was contacted by Burgerville who apologized and invited me to contact them so they could make it up to me. Well done Burgerville! Thanks for paying attention and caring. We had guests in from out of town who wanted the best milkshake in town. I took them to Burgerville of course) only to be let down. : Hoping for better luck next time.

I have been stuck in this drive-thru for 35 minutes so far. 35 minutes. There were only 5 cars in front of me. If I could escape this line, I would but alas... I can 't. I 'm stuck here, in my car, questioning my life 's choices. Especially the ones that brought me to this god-forsaken drive-thru in the first place. Burgerville is always tasty... but is it $15 for a drive-thru burger and fries that has now has kept me hostage for 37 minutes tasy ? I don 't think so. This particular Burgerville is always taken forever, but this is crazy. I am now waiting at the window because they are confused which order is mine. You were the bacon cheeseburger and fries right? FML I was about 45 minutes ago...
