"Good Service and Good FoodThey are known for the calabash style deep fried food. The all you can eat shrimp it good and a staple for this location. If you are not sure if you can eat a lot, start with the shrimp dinner and then upgrade to the all you can eat . You can choose from salt pepper to original coated. In comparison to other places, portion sizes are usually adequate for what you pay for.Complimentary hushpuppies are sweet and deliscious. Generally served with honey butter. They are short staffed, however, they are usually pretty quick to get your order out to you once you place it. About 10-20 minutes for a group of 4, maybe a little bit longer if you have a larger group. They are usually pretty busy as it is a popular location."

We had a table for seven to celebrate a birthday, and everything went wonderfully. The waitress was fantastic, and all the food was served hot, which can be quite challenging with a large group. View menu

Building may be run down, but don't let that stop you! It's clean inside, and yes, badly, in need of updating..but the service and food was stellar. Especially love the hush puppies!! They make seafood either fried with flour original or salt and pepper flour..recommend salt and pepper. Food was hot and tasted great!

I was initially unsure because of the condition of the exterior, but don't let that deceive you. The interior is nice and clean. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. The portion sizes are quite generous. It's a kid-friendly place with a good variety of menu options for children. Plus, there's plenty of parking available.

Had the frog legs as an app and they were cooked to perfection. Then as main meal had prime rib and shrimp and everything was cooked perfectly! Other person with me had peel and eat shrimp and that was amazing and also cooked perfectly!!! I would highly recommend this place especially on a Friday or Saturday. Pricing was well worth it as the portions were huge! View menu

When we pulled in we were not sure if we should go in, the parking lot was dark and not alot of cars in the lot and it was very dated looking in appearance. Boy are we glad we did! I ordered the 20 peel and eat shrimp dinner and my husband had the catfish fingers. Both were delicious! The waitress was super friendly and service was excellent. I won't return and would recommend it my friends.

I enjoyed the bluegill and walleye, and I really loved the new crab cakes—they were crispy on the outside. The coleslaw was a bit bland and could benefit from a touch of sugar or vinegar to enhance its flavor. The mashed potatoes seemed like they were not homemade. They offer Pepsi products. We were met by a rather gruff cook who instructed us to move to the wait sign to be seated, and he was also the one who processed our payment. A little more friendliness would go a long way!

"My husband and I were SUPER excited to try KP, I’m a big foodie and I love supporting local businesses. We had the opportunity to dine here, and while the website said nothing about a reservation or how to make one, they made us feel VERY awkward for not having one. I mean three separate employees came up and asked us if we had one and we explained we didn’t see where it was needed on the website, they said “yeah, well most people call.” in a condescending way. Like ok, we’re sorry? Lol. Anyway the food was phenomenal. We ordered the hummus for our starter, and I had the chicken marsala and my husband had the salmon. The Marsala was so rich and delicious and the salmon my husband had was full of flavor. Would have loved to give a perfect 5 but wasn’t expecting to feel awkward af lol I came here with a friend to give it another shot. We made a reservation this time! I was very excited to take my friend and the food was less than impressive. I got the bone in ribeye and asked for it to be cooked medium. It was severely under cooked and the brussel sprouts were so crunchy they were inedible. Also the plating was horrendous. I understand I got a large steak but it was literally a huge chunk of meat just thrown on the plate. My friend had the Alfredo with chicken and the chicken was so so so dry. Unfortunately we will not be going back to KP."
