"The food at this restaurant is fantastic and I have never had any issues with customer service. It's hard to find good places to eat around here. Unfortunately, we won't be returning due to the lack of consistency. The food is truly outstanding, but it can be hit or miss as to whether they are actually open. We checked Google and it said they were open, so we made the drive from Hawley to Milford, only to find them closed. We tried calling but got no answer, assuming they were busy. I don't want to leave a one-star review because it's not a quality or personnel issue, but I can't stand not knowing if they will be open. They recently reopened after some time, but then closed again shortly after. This inconsistency is a major concern for me, and I can't risk falling in love with the place only for it to close again."

After trying out all three local pizzerias, I can confidently say that the staff at Carini are the most polite and respectful. The prices are fair, the portions are generous, and the selection is tasty. Definitely worth a visit.

The restaurant has a very friendly staff and good quality pizza. The meal was served during lunch hours and cost between $10 and $20 per person. The food was rated a 4 out of 10, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. There is plenty of parking available with free parking in the parking lot.

Since their re-opening a few months ago Carini's deserves praise. Prior to their closure a last year even though the food was excellent I stopped going. This was due to the staff being disorganized and rude. They also stopped doing reduced price pizza Monday. I'm happy to see they took the feedback about their staff and how the place was run. I've been back twice and the staff have been exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The pizza is delicious. Hope they keep the momentum going since I would like this to be my go-to spot for pizza.
