"5 Stars on a BUSY Saturday night. Carl's did not miss a beat. We walked in during prime time without a reservation and they graciously created a table in the way back. Our server was very attentive and came to take our drink and appetizer orders fairly quickly. Who ever is running this restaurant, the chef and whoever is responsible for ops and the team should win an award. Everyone worked together, things ran smoothly and the all the food we ordered was excellent. We started with the Crispy Brussel Sprout Leaves MUST HAVE! We then had a Wedge salad, Adult Grilled Cheese and Hamburgers with a great Char and flavor. See pictures of the bar it is quite extensive especially if you love bourbon and whisky so many choices. I love an old fashioned and they had so many very interesting options to choose from. Great for families."

Went here to kill some time and get s drink before dinner. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Beer was cold and refreshing. Tried the crispy brussel sprouts which were very tasty. Atmosphere was nice and restaurant was clean and well maintained.

The food was great, the waiter was nice, but they decided to seat us in the very back for the third time. They walked past numerous empty tables (they stayed empty) to seat us against the storage room kinda back. Definitely won't eat here often. Carl's is now my plan Z... View menu

I had a 23 dollar salad. It was a 6 dollar salad. The smashed potatoes are actually mashed potatoes. It’s loud. The food is unexciting and the service is great. But… for what? No beer selection. And the place is oddly packed.Anyhow. For the money you can do better almost everywhere. If you want the 450 dollar whiskey flight tho. It might be your jam.

While watching the final four. Was advised by a hostess that they had a reservation for our table and we had 5 minutes to finish. My wife had just ordered another round and our waitress had no idea. Manager came over and told us we needed to leave or stand and finish the game. Worst customer experience from a business standpoint I have ever experienced. We were actively spending money. I would understand if we had just stopped ordering food/drinks and were taking up space. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO SOMEWHERE THAT VALUES THE CURRENT CUSTOMER OVER FUTURE.
