"I started with the "New Clothes of the Empress" gin cocktail, which was juicy and delightful—I ended up having two! For appetizers, I tried the meatballs and the burrata plate, both of which were excellent. For my main course, I ordered one of the specials, the duck, which I felt was worth the $55 price tag. However, I was disappointed by the lack of seafood quantity. The lobster was a split shell with only about a tablespoon of meat, and the shrimp were quite small. Although the other meat dishes and salmon at the table looked appealing, I think I’ll opt for something different next time. My meal had great flavors thanks to the pasta and cream sauce, but it didn’t inspire me to order a seafood dish again. Our server, Darrien, was fantastic—very attentive and mindful of the dietary restrictions at our table. Overall, I enjoyed the experience!"

"This was the best steak my boyfriend and I have ever had! Adrienne was our waitress and she was absolutely lovely! She was so warm and welcoming and very helpful with recommendations for drinks! The drinks were good, the bread was nice, the sides were good but I had the 10 oz. Filet mignon with truffle Parmesan on top and it was just so flavorful and filling I would go back just for that! I was there for my birthday they gave me a card everyone signed which was so nice and they gave me dessert which was a brownie and it was very rich and decadent. I was so full but I wanted to try the crème brûlée so I got it to go and it was so delicious!! I could only imagine how it would’ve tasted in the restaurant. I will definitely come back!"

"Charging $10 for bread seems excessive. Many restaurants, including diners, offer complimentary bread with dinner. It would be nice to receive some recognition for repeat visits, even a simple "nice to see you again" would be appreciated if they checked our visit history. Everything is à la carte at this place; for example, the chicken parmigiana dinner only came with the chicken, no pasta. It's clear that they are cutting corners. Just because Ballo is located in a casino, it doesn't mean they should exploit customers by skimping on traditional Italian meal offerings. I now understand why Pepe’s Pizza next door had a long line. In conclusion, they should utilize their technology to acknowledge repeat customers, provide complimentary bread, and consider the customer experience of being nickel and dimed."

"Nice little old time diner with good food but there is one server that I have been unlucky to have the past few weeks who took and serve my order for huevos rancheros that is always really good and I make the journey from Groton on Sundays and always left a decent tip I am sad to say I will have to find a different Sunday breakfast spot or start making my own huevos rancheros"

"Our go-to restaurant is typically our favorite spot to dine. However, during our recent visit, our server, Dawn, was pleasant but lacked attentiveness and brought the wrong entrée. Despite my intention to still enjoy the dish, the delay in receiving the correct sauce caused the food to get cold and unfortunately, I did not end up eating it. On a positive note, the manager, David, handled the situation very nicely."
