"We've been visiting this restaurant for the past four years, but it's disappointing to see that its quality is gradually declining. We went there for dinner on a Friday night and were let down by the experience. The service was lacking; it seemed like our server was inexperienced and unsure of her duties. We waited around 10 minutes just to receive our water. To make matters worse, our main courses arrived before our appetizers. The margaritas had very little flavor and hardly tasted like alcohol. Overall, the food was just mediocre, though the prime rib—which they’re famous for—was decent. Sadly, we won’t be returning."

Went for Mother's day breakfast. Food was good. Service was only for drinks, which we didn't get offered any refills. **** mary was ok, not great for $10. Was overpriced in my opinion. They added a huge tip to bill even though there was only 3 of us.Food: 4/5

Catered for a fire, served the same food for 3 days. The cantaloupe was good. The bacon was okay. The left over chicken was where I drew the line... They had a tray of mashed potatoes left uncovered with no heat. Servers were hard to communicate with. It would have been better to just have milk and cereal. I would not recommend.

Food was great and very fast. Our waitress was sweet, bubbly and efficient. The 4 star review is because the oddest thing happened. We stopped here for lunch before an appointment we had later nearby. Our smartphone display showed an hour later than the correct time. Two days before a big family event I realized I couldn't do it all. I called CG Public House and Catering and they agreed to take my order, even though it was short notice. I kept it very simple, 3 food items, carafe of coffee, bottled juice. The food was DELICIOUS and a huge hit with my guests!! I've been a dine-in customer since they were Country Gentlemen and located off of 395 but now I look forward to more take out/catering opportunities with them! Thank you CG PH&C!!!!

I was delivering uber orders. I waited at the counter for 6 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I was wearing a bright red shirt so I know they didn 't miss me.There were 4 tables sat inside and one outside. I saw 4 different wait staff. When I was acknowledged they said, Are you uber? Then walked away. In fact I 'm writing this review while I 'm still standing in the restaurant waiting for any information at all about the order. It 's been 13 minutes now. Terrible customer service. Just awful.When I told them about my experience the waitress just said, Okay. And walked away. Horrible.
