"Today my family and I wanted Checkers for dinner tonight; so I drove 20 miles to the Checkers in Hephzibah, GA on Windsor Springs Rd. And ordered 10 big bufords burgers; 4 with no tomato or mayonnaise and 5 large fries. When everyone was given their food and opened up the wrappers all the burgers had tomato and mayonnaise on them and whats the worst is that ever burger looked cooked on the outside but are raw on the inside and two of my family members did not see that it was raw from all the ketchup and mayonnaise until it was too late and automatically felt nauseous from the thought of eating raw meat. YUCK!! Besides the fries; This is the most disgusting fast food ever!! The place is run down and dirty and had only three workers. Do better Checkers!! UPDATE* Today I was contacted by the General manager and he remade everything himself!! My family and I are very happy that you cared!! Thank you very much but we still will not return to this restaurant because if the place is still looking this way just goes to show appearance/ cleanliness isn't a factor."

I always enjoy the freshness and quality of the food at this restaurant. I have never had a negative customer experience with this company, not even at Rallys! The only downside is the wait time, but at least the food is delicious.

Big Buford's is back for $7 and I can eat both. I remember when I couldn't finish one. I think the patties are smaller now, or maybe I'm just greedy. These juicy burgers are the best fast food option with quick service on any trip.

I dined at Checkers on 5/25/2022 at 9:00 AM and was extremely impressed. Despite being short-staffed, the food was fresh, hot, and packed with care. It was evident that the staff truly cared about their service. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I don't see how they do it, two sandwiches or burgers for $4, I'm hooked on the fish sandwich I eat two because they're sooo good, the one on winter spring rd is always great service , good food , great prices, I sat at picnic tables one night as my son ordered our food, I watched them cook and prepare our food, they all were very clean and wearing gloves, I'd give um 10 stars if I could, Thanks you guys
